Pumphouse Brewery

My wife and I had just moved to the Fort Collins area and were meeting some friends who were coming from the Thornton area. So they decided on Pumphouse Brewery as the 1/2 way meeting place. And I'm glad they did. Everything was great, from the atmosphere, the food, drinks, and our server, Serena was wonderful. She was very attentive to our tables needs and was an absolute pleasure. We will definitely be coming back to visit. I highly recommend them!

This is a massive restaurant. I don’t know how they do it. It’s also one of the oldest restaurants on main in Longmont. Food is good not great (it’s a massive menu which doesn’t always work.) The meatloaf looks more like a salisbury steak but it was good. Drink deals are fantastic and they have some cool guest rotating taps. Service was good. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun, relaxed atmosphere. It is always buzzing inside so it’s a nice place to come and watch some sports and have a good time.

Food was delicious. Different varieties of meals for kids, choices between hamburger and sandwiches. Seasonal beers you can also get the taster set which I got and you can choose about 5 to try. Great place to hang out, drink, talk and get together with friends and family. Highly recommend if you need a lunch date with friends or family.

There are many breweries in NOCO, but this place really does it right. I’m a truck driver, and I rarely get to treat myself to a night out. I’m glad the wind blew me here. I feel many breweries are trying too hard. The “wildfire” wheat beer was just darn good, plain and simple. The folks were very welcoming, especially my waiter Zak, despite my somewhat disheveled appearance. And the food hit the spot :)

Went for Women’s College Championship Basketball game. Lots of tvs with coverage. Packed restaurant and food was still served quickly and service was great.

I recently needed a last minute space open later in Longmont that had beer, food and a convivial atmosphere for a large group in a challenging time. The management was outstanding in communicating and working with me on a few days notice giving us a quiet space to have a stress free dinner and conversation. They were professional and kind at all times. The pork in bourbon sauce was excellent.

All good EXCEPT FOR the LIPSTICK on the beer glass. The server dropped off the empty beer glass and as she did she noticed lipstick still on the glass from the previous customer. Well instead of just grabbing a clean glass she came back with a wet glass…. Presumably she cleaned it by hand quick to get the lipstick off. SO YOU’RE TELLING ME YOU DON’T HAVE ANY OTHER GLASSES IN THE JOINT!?!? I have that capability even in my OWN HOME. I’m not sure what’s going on there but that was a bizarre interaction.

Seriously good wings. Get the sauced traditional, trust me. I don’t even live in Longmont but I would consider driving there from boulder to have those wings again. They are expensive though. They’re like $20 after tax and tip. Pretty insane now that I’m thinking about it. Not sure if they’re $20 worth of wings but they are super good. Other apps are good too. We had pretty much all of them but those were best by far.

The Wheat beer was my fav.

Our server was iffy. She would forget orders and would have to order multiple times. For some reason struggled to take empty plates away. She spilled water on me too. Unacceptable…

Fantastic food and service. Aspen was lovely and attentive.

We had the Buffalo wings for an appetizer and they were delicious but a tad spicy for our weeny taste buds 🤣 the ranch and bleu cheese were fantastic!

I had the French dip and it was really good. The au jus was very hearty and tasty! I opted for the sweet potato fries and they were some of the best I’ve ever had.

My wife had the Mediterranean linguine with grilled chicken. The flavor on the chicken was amazing. The pasta was light and delicious as was the sauce.

We tried a few drinks as well and were not disappointed! The overflow is a very easy drinking IPA and the wife says the margaritas are good, although a tad on the sweet side.

We will be coming back here again!

Sam’s service was PHENOMENAL! He was very attentive, and aware of our needs; At the same time he gave us enough space to enjoy our conversation in our food. The service is always wonderful, but Sam definitely made an impression!!!

Dedicated staff on all levels mixed with wholesome, quality food makes this place a no brainier. We frequent this place more than any other for the reliable, steadfast quality and often multiple times a week. Cheers to the crew and management. You’ve done good…real good.

This place is slamm’n! Even though they were busy during an AV’s game our waiter was on point with drinks and apps. Most important, from the drinks, apps and tacos everything was on point. This place gets its, customer service and great food. We had chicken and fish tacos and were amazed by the great taste and size of the tacos. Kind of hungry get only 2 tacos, starving get 3. A variety of beers on tap and some seasonal deserts make this place standout above the rest. Thanks! We

Sooooo tasty! My husband and I came here for lunch on a Saturday and we weren’t disappointed. We were sat promptly and the restaurant was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was on top of it and kind! I had a bowl of the beer cheese soup to start and it was fresh and hot. The egg rolls were to die for especially the chipotle ranch served alongside. I had the fried shrimp and the quality was tremendous. Portion sizes were spot on and flavor was delicious. My husband had the 50/50 burger and enjoyed it. Overall, we will return again and can’t wait to try different on the menu as the menu is huge! Highly recommend this place.

I watched the staff as we chatted over beers. Jes was our server and she did a great job taking care of us. The place was busy and lots of people ordering food and drinks. I want to point out that she was not alone in providing great customer service. Her coworkers addressed customer concerns as they navigated the aisle and pathways. The food was wonderful and everyone got just what they wanted.

I have shellfish and tree nut allergies. The waiter was very helpful in making sure I picked a safe menu item. The food was delicious. Highly recommend, especially if you have food allergies.

6 stars. I've reviewed thousands of places as a Level 8 and I look for good food, large portions, good service, extensive menu, cleanliness, outside dining and most important good prices. This place was great (OK, the bar area was only 4 star clean) and do yourself a favor and go. Super big beer menu (avoid in house drafts, they were Eh), lovely spinach and artichoke dip, best chicken salad my wife ever had and tasty fish tacos.

Went out to eat with my bestie on a Wednesday night. My car said 95° when we parked. We ate on the patio. I was shocked at how packed it was at almost 8 pm on a weeknight. I had a bacon fondue burger and my friend had the meatloaf. The food was excellent! The drinks were amazing too! We didn't feel the heat with their misters. We had a bit of a challenge finding parking. They do have a public lot out back but not nearly large enough to accommodate the popularity. Overall, it's a fun spot and we plan on returning.

Visiting from Lafayette and checking out new places to eat and their patio was packed so we thought, these people must know something we don't and boy did we find out! The food is PHENOMENAL! There artichoke dip was honestly the best I've ever had! Fish and chips were cooked perfectly and I'm STILL thinking about my Buffalo chicken Mac with gorgonzola! Our server Portia was so sweet and we even got to talking to the family next to us who visit often! Just an overall amazing first time. Not even a question if we're coming back or not!

We are sitting outside. Road is a bit noisy at times. Love the beers. The specials are $4 today and I tried the Guava Wildfire and it is excellent. Set up a sampler of Wildfire, flashpoint, red alert and Basecamp. Runs the Gamut from wheat, IPA to stouts. We just got in from Texas today and really looking forward to this visit. I was here 15 years ago and it was good then also.
