I was in there yesterday in need of a battery. Casey was amazing!!! She helped me choose the best battery and had it installed in minutes. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Casey.

Very helpful, had a battery issue, and they found that it was only a couple dead cells in the battery, alternator was fine, just replaced the battery and off I went.

We needed a motorhome battery replaced and it was a difficult swap. Thank goodness, James was behind the counter. He carted the battery out to the rig and replaced it for me. That is why Advanced Auto Parts is the place to go to.

If you need assistance ask for help from Justin. I was there this friday afternoon at 5pm and he went above and beyond to install a new battery in my car. It is one of the new type of batteries that you have to dismantle about 20 things to pull the battery out. Ask for Justin.

Great experience. Gary and James were both very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They even helped me fix some minor issues with my car. This is hands down the best parts store in town. Bobby is always super friendly and helpful! Would recommend 10/10 if I could.

Great place I brought in the paper from where I had my oil change and the stuff that they had said I needed done hundreds of dollars and the guy set me up with all of it for less than $20 I believe and we just fixed it in my car.

Miss Leslie and Amber were awesome, I don’t know anything about cars and hardly what I was looking for and they helped me the best they could. Lol

Very helpful. Left the window down in my car it developed a smell. They helped me find a cleaner and deodorizer that worked. My car smells brand new.

Even though my part was discontinued they were able to help me find a replacement to fit.

They were friendly and knowledgable. The sales associate did not have the item in stock but gave me suggestions of where else I could try. The salesman also offered to order the exact item I needed. Very helpful. Although I made my purchase somewhere else they did an excellent job and I will recommend them. I will also shop there in the future for my automotive needs.

Gary was nice and extremely helpful. He needs a raise! He actually tried helping me figure out the issue with my Denali.

We stopped at Advanced Auto today while passing through on our way back to Indiana with air conditioner problems. Although our problem ended up being something our local car dealership will have to fix, James was extremely helpful to us. He took the time to help my husband rule out some small issues, and even went above and beyond with his customer service by offering us bottles of water while we were waiting (as it was extremely hot outside!). Thank you so much to James for his outstanding customer service! If we are ever passing back through and need auto help, we will most definitely stop at this store!

Used code finder (more accurate than one I'd just used at another parts place on my daughter's SUV), forgot to turn key back over, ran down battery, so, thankfully, they had a jumpbox & got me started. I even got two jugs of water. Friendly staff, surprisingly great advice from young lady named Ally, very knowledgeable about vehicles.

Although what I needed was not in stock at this store ,( although I found it here before,) they were extremely helpful assisting me. They took the time to search their parts books and search online to find what I needed , and we special ordered it.
