There are few places I have been where I am blown away by the food, service and atmosphere all at once.
Every single plate we ordered was delicious and our server was great, friendly, attentive and fast. They had a great atmosphere with a great selection of music playing softly in the background, loud enough to enjoy but not so loud that it intrude in conversations. Overall, I highly recommend you check out this place if you live in or are visiting the Boulder area!

Delicious food!! Great atmosphere and excellent service. Don't sleep on the Boulder omelete breakfast special! If you're in the area, put this diner on the top of your list. Did I mention the coffee is excellent?!

Another GREAT breakfast place. The eggs benedict were amazing and the thick cut bacon was delicious. The hash was good too. I really liked the pesto tomatoes, even though it is so simple. Good service, food, and atmosphere.

Best diner in Boulder hands down. Menu is priced affordably and after having brunch at Doug’s I don’t need to eat again for the rest of the day. Service is always amazing, and their mimosas are the best! My favorite is the Ralphie’s.

Excellent experience here. Food was really good (maybe the best biscuit I’ve ever had). Service was top notch and the vibe is good as well. I really enjoyed my breakfast here!

If you get a papa's, plan on taking some home! Also the biscuits are super delicious with the plum jam. This may become our regular stop after hiking.

Amazing and prompt service- amazing suggestions from the staff and plenty of options. I ordered the big pig omlette and the red and green chili. Bacon was cooked to perfect and cut into the perfect sized pieces. The chili's were perfectly crafted, not spicy but a small kick. Homemade Jam was phenomenal, I had it with Rye toast, and it was so delicious. I tried the strawberry, but they were also offering mango, I believe.

I also ordered the cinnamon roll, which was massive. It's probably 12 inches across with the perfect amount of homemade icing. This whole dining experience was met with exemplary staff efforts by my server Victoria, making sure I had everything I needed the entire time and was a pleasure to interact with. Overall she enhanced the experience, making me say that it was an overall 10/10 experience and I will be returning.

If you want good food at incredible portions for affordable prices, eat here. Service was attentive, coffee was excellent, and the variety and flavor of the dishes was great. I would eat here again in a heartbeat. The portions will leave you full for a whole day and you’ll continue to be amazed at all the possible options they have for your meal.

Absolutely love this place for weekend brunch with Bloody Mary's; be sure to spend the extra buck for the caramelized bacon strip! Great food with huge portions. Pretty basic interior, tho' the patio is nice. Overall can't say enough about Doug's.

I came in for breakfast. The eggs Benedict, along with the sides were delicious! I found the price very reasonable. The restaurant is very clean, with a comfortable, casual atmosphere. My only disappointment is how very slow the service was. In these days of staff shortages across the board, it’s really not the fault of the restaurant, and the server was hustling to do her best. Don’t come in a hurry, but it was definitely worth the wait.

This is a great restaurant to have an early breakfast. There is many options you can choose from the menu. I went with the breakfast burrito with a mixture of salsa and green chili and it was amazing. The service was excellent and seems to be not too busy making dining in faster than other places. I would highly recommend this place for those who need an early morning meal.

Doug's Diner is wonderful! The only thing better than the food is the prices (the service is also great)!

Great taste, great portions and great price ($11-12 ish per dish) with a large collection of items. One main dish is enough for 1.5 meals easily. They are also consistently ranked as one of Boulders best diners.

They also have ample seating indoor and outdoor.
Our favorite dishes were the Huveos Socorro and carne asada papas.

Most dishes come with fries/hash browns, tortilla/toast, eggs or gravy/red or green Chile.

It's a great breakfast place. They have a huge variety of choices to choose from. They do not have any vegan options as such, however they do have vegetarian ones (with eggs). The quantity of food offered for the price is good enough. The staff are quite friendly and it has both outdoor and indoor seatings.

This place is simply special folks. The sheer size of the homemade biscuits & cinnamon rolls were enough to win my heart. The thick cut bacon and biscuit and gravy calamity left me feeling beyond satisfied.

Awesome diner, great food, fabulous staff, easy to find and decent prices for what you get. My server, Mesh, was the best ever, super sweet, friendly and helpful. I'm totally happy with my experience at Doug's Diner.

I love Doug's dinner. The Black Betty is amazing. Great atmosphere. You can even get a bloody Mary if you need one, 😁. Very friendly staff, inside and outside seating. Very clean restaurant also. They make you feel right at home here. Well worth the visit. I have become a regular here since they opened this one by my house, used to have to drive out of town to get my Doug's fix. I love having one right down the street.
Some of the best burgers around, plus many vegetarian options as well.😎

Delicious menu, excellent service! I wish we had found this place sooner! Ask your server for crispy hash browns and they’ll throw them in the deep fryer- YUM. We’ll definitely return!

We are from Eastern Nebraska and were traveling through on our way to Estes, and searched the best breakfast in Boulder, and landed here! I am SO GLAD we chose to stop here, the "papas" was out of this world!! The gravy sauce is so good and the chorizo was amazing. My husband got the Frontier burger and he said without a doubt, it's the best burger he has ever had (mind you we live near Omaha steaks.. if that says anything!) The waiter was so down to earth and actually talked to us, and even gave us free to go cups with our drinks for the road ahead of us! 10/10 recommend!!!
