It was great to get a real interpretation of the new legislation with relatable examples of how things can apply for the better or worse. As a new CAM the course material was at the perfect level. Mr. Templeton and his team were wonderful to me and my family while we were going through the probate process. It was a difficult time for us but they made us feel like we were not alone. If we had any questions or concerns during the process they always got back with us in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

The class was informative and hit points that needed to be understood by people who are working on boards. Unfortunately, 3 hours is really not enough time to cover the material with the normal questions that arise as you move through subjects. I would actually ask you to increase it to a 4 hour presentation. All in all, well worth the time spent for the info acquired.

Chad was absolutely amazing to work with, we could not have gotten through the probate process without him. He allowed us to sit back with confidence knowing he would take care of us and handle everything for us. Anytime we had questions (and there were many), needed clarity or assistance, we got immediate responses from him. I would highly recommend using him if you need any assistance with Probate, matters regarding estates or any of the other services he provides.

All Board members or potential candidates for Board positions should take this class. Reading Covenants and signing a slip of paper is not enough to make informed decisions. The training manual and additional resources will prove helpful going forward. Brandon was knowledgeable, informative and caring.
