Wendy's

We showed up this morning after a week of scout camp with 9 hungry boys and 6 equally hungry adults. The crew there were very professional and we're able to get us all fed within a short time. The restaurant was very clean, and we'll stocked. I'd definitely visit this location again.

Staffing shortages made it hard on the working employees. So only reason I marked it 4 star service. To point to management to do better. Otherwise food was great.

Just get a frosty from time to time crazy busy in July due to Holiday World super nice people and friendly to truckers THANK YOU be nice to them probably under paid for as hard as all the people work here and the other places work very HARD I spent a lot of time in this area be patient and NICE

The staff was friendly and the food was good. Had the frosty dreams clear. If you had not had it and lime the dreamscicle bars you gotta try it.

I sometimes just choose this Wendy's because I want something fast, but also want a good experience. I prefer it to all other fast food here simply because the employees are FANTASTIC! They are kind and efficient and friendly. The food is always good as well!

Pretty good for a Wendy's. It's very close to the interstate and within walking distances from several hotels. There are also several restaurants in the area if you want to split up. Service was a little slow due to short staffing but the food was hot and accurate. Restaurant was clean. Mobile ordering makes it convenient .They have a Coke freestyle machine.

Got their promotion five for $5 and it was well worth the money. Hamburger, chicken nuggets, a drink. Remember what the rest was but it was all good. I've always liked Wendy's usually for their chili and baked potatoes. This was a very good deal. We had it to go as we were traveling so I can't say anything about the atmosphere.

Ethan was absolutely amazing! Went to dine in and while we had to wait a bit due to a full line and dining room, the wait was totally worth it. He forgot our bbq but when we asked about it he quickly went to the back and got a tray of it not just for us, but other customers as well. Even though he was overwhelmed, he still went out of his way to show us genuine human kindness. 5/5 stars for sure.

We stopped here several times while in the local area. The staff was friendly on each visit and our orders were all filled accurately.

The dining room is fully open, clean, and well stocked for guests.

This location is directly off interstate 64 with easy access both ready and west bound.

This Wendy's location was better than average based on our experience.

The fish sandwich is very good. My wife says better than Arby's.

Ordered a 50 pc nugget at the drive thru, they were polite and had me pull forward to cook fresh. The nuggets were cooked perfectly and fresh when I got them a few minutes later. The staff was nice too!

Wonderful experience. They did forget to give me one of our sandwiches, however, i called them and told them and Beth answered and was so sweet. Told us to come back, skip the line, and park and they will bring my sandwich out after remaking it. Aiden brought it out for us and was very nice. This is why I’m giving 5 stars. We are human and make mistakes.

For a freeway location, this place looks good. It was clean and the young people were fast and cheerful. They really seem to care. I order pretty plain. He listened, confirmed what I wanted, and had it done by the time I took a potty break. Thank You for making travel better for us at Wendy's .

Customer service was great! Food was so juicy and fresh! Everything in our order was correct. They put each of our combo meals in a separate bag which really helped me hand it out for the car ride home after Holiday World. The best Wendy's we've ever been to.

The food is always equally good and the service seems to be better than everyone else's these days. Whatever has happened in our country in the last 2 years most other fast food joints have fallen apart but Wendy's seems to seems to maintain maintain their quality of service from the beginning. Hard to believe I'm giving 5 stars to a Burger joint.... But if we're grading by the curve, they deserve all 5 stars.

I went through drive thru. The employees got to wear favorite movie shirts. The woman wearing the purple scooby doo shirt showed great customer service (Ferdinand,In). She was friendly and made good conversation while getting my order. My order was correct and fast. I also love the movie shirt idea because if my kids were with me they would of loved seeing it.

A great example of what all Wendy’s locations should be like. Fast and friendly service! We were traveling with our two dogs and stopped for lunch, and ate outside. One of the staff, possibly a manager, walked outside to greet our dogs and bring them some chicken nuggets. You don’t get service like that very often, especially in the city.

I never write reviews but just wanted to say that Chris (not sure if that is the correct spelling) had such fantastic customer service! She really knows how to take care of customers and makes you feel good! The food was good too!

So, Evan, at the counter, was amazing! He helped me with exactly what I wanted; he goty soda from behind the counter, since the auto soda dispenser was out of a lot, and we were talking about fries, and mine were not hot, but he got me some hot ones! Wendy's Mgr, you have a gem in Evan! He helped you have a satisfied and repeat customer!! Thank you again, Evan!
