McDonald's

We had a pickup order, I came in, it was ready - I went to leave and a very nice employee stopped me and said “wait! ~ I need to give you your ice cream cone!”. We were tired from driving and I would’ve easily left without it. Great example of superb customer service! She was also smiling, which is nice to see! Footnote: RV parking was a huge plus too!

We stopped on our way home to wait out severe weather that was passing through the area. We were welcomed in by the manager and staff with no hesitation even though it was getting late. They gave us free drinks, gave my granddaughter some chicken nuggets and even cleaned up a spill that was our fault. They did all of this without making us feel bad and with smiles on their faces!! They were by far an excellent example of what customer service and human kindness should look like! We appreciate them all so much!

One of the best McDonald's experiences we've ever had. The food was great, served quickly, pleasant and clean. The manager was very nice, even asked us if everything was okay-not typical for most McDonald's at all. If this were at home(Richmond,VA), I would go out of my way to go here.

Grace in the drive thru in the morning was so sweet! Always so nice and couldn’t find my debit card so helped a girl out an paid for my drink for me there are still kind people out there I’ve always said kill them with kindness and it will always find its way back to you definitely will be coming back in the mornings!!

I can’t even say enough great things about this particular McDonald’s! I always recommend this place to my friends and family! The people are always so kind and look clean! The store is kept up very nicely! The service!!! Oh my word, THE SERVICE!! It’s impeccable! Even through the small construction they had just last week and shortly over the weekend did NOT stop them from putting out the highest quality McDonald’s that I’ve had the pleasure of devouring! And that’s on PERIODT! Pooh!

Awesome service. I thought a different sale was on and I was overcharged. They were so nice when I asked. I also asked for extra sauce and pickles on my Big Mac. Guess what... they actually put an extra serving of each or more. It was delicious. And of course the window staff were perfect. ( I don't know anyone that works there- honest review) just look at the extra saucy perfect pickle sandwich. Most would have just put so much sauce on one spot it would all run out the side. This one was layered and covered just right.

I recently visited McDonald's and had a fantastic experience! The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious as always. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to dine in. I highly recommend stopping by for a tasty meal and great service!

Seems to be pretty well managed no problems whatsoever

We were in town for a family wedding and I knew Szechuan Sauce was available for a limited time, and pleasantly surprised to see today's 40¢ for 4 pc McNuggets, let's go!

The McNuggets were the standard fare, but the reason for 5 stars was the fast curbside service with a smile. Better than most locations! And the food was high and fresh as well.

They were very quick in getting my mobile order.

The staff is very friendly and nice. I order in the app most of the time and pick up inside. They always seem to have my order ready as soon as I get in there unless I go when they are really busy. They still get it ready in a timely manner and apologize for the wait if I had to wait.

Nice clean McDonald's that now offers self-ordering kiosks where you can order and pay without standing in line. If you are eating there you take a number to your table and they bring your order to your table.

This was the best McDonald's we have been to in a long time. ( 09/10/23 ) We were traveling from Ohio to Illinois, and stopped for breakfast. The young man that took our order was husky build with blonde hair on the top. He was excellent! He was very friendly. He brought us our food, and in the process he notice a couple of elderly people get out of their car with a cane, so he went to hold the door open for them. The food was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. We travel this highway about 2 or 3 times a year, we will come back.

I had a big order and was talked to like it was a huge hassle. They complained for a few minutes about another large order they had received earlier in the day while in the middle of me ordering. I was extremely dissatisfied and would never go back. Sad because I'm sure this is a busy McDonald's because it's really close to a popular thrill park.

Went above and beyond to give me awesome service.

The staff was very friendly when taking our order and bringing it to the table. Nuggets was so and good, fries were hot but the burgers was warm bot hot.
