Publix Super Market at Mount Vernon Point

Brand new store, centrally located to Lookout Mountain area. Not as large as other Publix Supermarkets, but a perfect quick shop in the area! Great sushi and Deli area.

Beautiful store. We love Publix I was once employed in the deli in our hometown. This one disappointed me..we were visiting the area and I told my hubby let's get a plate lunch from here, because we love the deli food. Well, I'm glad I made the decision not to get something. There was only one associate and she had a huge line at the sub station. We were willing to wait until we saw the fried food and she handed me an onion ring..so so dry and hard. The only meats they had cooked on the hot dish section was baked chicken that looked horrible,BBQ pork roast all fat, dried up fried fish and such a horrible array. No wonder the locals were getting a because a gentleman told me that was the best bet. We have a decent size deli in my hometown we have a full steam table with lots of good HOT choices. Someone should've been there to help her take care of customers especially at the time it was 12:30 pm. . Overall fairly new store and loved the layout. Thank you.

I had a prescription to be filled and I didn't want to make two trips so they filled it in record time. They are so nice and professional. They are easy to talk with also. The restroom is always clean. All the departments of the store are A+

I wanted to get 50 wings for football Sunday, the very nice lady at the counter said let me see what we have left. The gentleman from the back came out asked me what I wanted and made some recommendations about splitting them up. About 10 minutes later I had fresh, hot wings. The flavor was fantastic on all of them the texture was a little off they were a little rubbery. I would give them an 8 out of 10. All the employees were definitely 10's they rocked!

Best Publix in the world. Right when you walk into the perfectly lit, glimmering store you are engulfed by its magical essence. The staff, deli, and food selection is spectacular. The whole time I was in there I was mind blown. This store should win a Nobel Peace Prize, Medal of Honor, and a running in the 2024 Presidential Election. Great selection, some more vegan options would be great however, but Publix has an atmosphere that I enjoy plus in everyone I've been to the employees are professional and come across genuine when assisting you the customer.

I ordered for our companys Christmas dinner. And im very picky, BUT the chicken was hot and fresh, the fruit tray was fresh, and the salads was delicious. More importantly, the customer service was EXCELLENT. Thank you, Pubix!

Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Staff was all friendly. Nice deli/prepared food area (sandwich station, sushi corner, and warm food station) at the left entrance when facing the store. Store itself looks brand new. We stopped here to get water and a quick lunch before heading home. The seating area is in the front by the shopping carts so we got a really lovely view of Lookout Mountain.

I had never tried the fresh deli in Publix, i.e. subs and salads made per your request, but tried them today. Ordered the Ultimate and really enjoyed.

Bought some produce and walked out without it. Meg, who was working the self-checkout, ran out to make sure that I got it. Customer service at this location is A-1. Thanks Publix.

Friendly staff & a deli/hot food area like no other I've seen. So many tasty😋 selections to choose from. I'll be back for sure 😃😊

Very trendy folks shop here. The store was clean, and the deli food was above average.
Many nice-looking young ladies shop here for all you single guys needing groceries and a date. Lol

My first time in this store. The layout is a bit different, but it is still very much a Publix. The service was great.

The customer service at this Publix was excellent. The pharmacy was very friend and helpful and the cashier & bagger were very pleasant.

Excellent Sub Sandwich! Ladies at Deli were superb and friendly. Wished the Publics near me had Sandwich making delis.

Long story short. Our GPS redirected us off i-24 and as it took us to this Publix, I was like omg! I gotta get babysbreath flowers for my daughter's baby shower and her fav hydrangeas. They had a pack of 2, for Saturday morning. God is good. Stopped and got what I needed and even an employee at self checkout asked, Did you find everything ok?. Super nice people and so courteous and helpful.

I've had sandwiches at a Publix from the deli before. But this St. Elmo location has become my new favorite for a deli sandwich! I was blessed to be served by a wonderful lady that usually works in the morning. Sadly, I can't remember her name. She knows how to take care of her customers with great customer service, attention to details and a delicious 😋 sandwich experience.

Really nice Publix! The section in the front where you can sit and eat is really nice. I'll have to buy a sub sandwich next time and enjoy.

As close to a Texas style grocery as you will find in Chattanooga. We’ve been pretty frustrated with the other chain grocery stores in the area. This was a fresh, clean, well organized store. Helpful staff and Publix app convenient for locating odd items. I’ll be back!
