Super cute new diner with delicious breakfast in Granite Falls. If you’re a local, you know we desperately need spots like this, so give City Cafe a try! Waffle with honey drizzle 🤤 sausage, egg and cheese on sourdough was tasty and hashbrowns were just right. We will be back!

The stuffed French toast was absolutely delicious. The chicken and waffles was delicious too. This was one of the better experiences I've had in a while going out to eat in granite/hickory areas. This place was clean friendly and food came out fast and it was right down the street. I will be returning here. What a great little diner.

We drive 45 minutes to eat here and it’s definitely worth it. The stuffed French toast is the best I’ve ever had. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Hands down the best breakfast around. We will definitely be back every chance we get!

As far as places in Granite to go to for some truly well made, good food, this place is #1 IMO

We enjoyed a variety of foods from the breakfast menu, and were blown away with the amazing quality of everything served.
They've got some experienced cooks on the line; everything from the sweetness of the french toast to the savory mixes of meat, eggs and veggies in other dishes were top notch.
The servers were very friendly and provided a warm, welcoming experience.
The menu is small but well thought-out. I feel like the pepper gravy could use an upgrade in order to be able to truly compliment the rest of the dishes, but everything was so fantastic over all that the issue is minimal.

very pleased with my overall experience at city cafe. the food was delicious, i had the steak and it was prepared exactly the way i like it. i also ate some of the chicken tenders and fries off my sons plate, and tried the spinach dip. the server was very friendly and professional. i will be back again soon.

Had the B.Y.O.B. It came with a side and toast. The food was great. The bowl definitely filled my belly up. The waitress was great. It definitly was a great breakfast before going to church. Will definitly come back.

Such a cute place! Finally got to try after driving past it often. I got the stuffed French toast, with pumpkin(limited time) cream cheese, and a side of loaded hashbrowns. Best hashbrowns I’ve ever had in my entire life. Also the French toast was the best I’ve ever had also. I was pretty shocked at how delicious they were, the veggies and fruits were so fresh and delicious. Everything was 10/10 for me. Great, kind, hard workers there too!

Stopped in for breakfast this morning and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. Plates were hot, food was excellent! I'm a hash brown lover and theirs were excellent. My wife tried their loaded hash browns and they were delicious. I'm happy we tried City Cafe, we'll be back!

Love this cafe. Always great food and great service. I LOVE the Rachel Green… and the cheese curds are the best. Highly recommend!

First time visit today. Service was great. I had the chicken salad croissant. The croissant was flaky and buttery and the chicken salad was 10/10. When I go back, I’ll keep trying other stuff on the menu, today was great! Also the sweet tea is the best!!

Stopped in for lunch. Very friendly staff and the food was excellent! Learned from the manager that the majority of the food served is locally sourced. How awesome. Will definitely make this a regular stop when in Granite Falls.

We were warmly greeted by staff as we entered the refurbished restaurant. This isn't the 'run of the mill' loud diner serving a quick in and out livermush, bacon and eggs breakfast, but a more intimate establishment, offering an updated menu, including chicken and waffles, avocado toast, and the sunrise wrap (granola, yogurt, and banana), the sides include newer options such as cheese curds. Our meals, served with requested condiments, arrived at our table beautifully presented. My significant other, enjoyed a more traditional, bacon and eggs breakfast, whilst I had chosen the sunrise wrap. Not only was the wrap crunchy, and sweet, but deliciously
fresh, and perfect for someone with a healthy appetite. My partners eggs were cooked to perfection. We took a scrumptious yogurt and fruit parfait to go for lunch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We may sit outside under an umbrella to enjoy the fall weather.

My bestie and I eat here almost every Sunday. We absolutely love coming here. The food is delicious and the staff is super friendly.

We ordered the biscuits and gravy, with eggs and sausage plus the stuffed French toast and loaded hashbrowns. Everything was delicious! Our cups were never empty and we left with our stomachs full. Thanks, City Café.

Fresh food, clean restaurant with friendly service. If you haven’t been to City Cafe, you’re missing out!

Excellent food. Wait staff attentive and courteous. Sweet potato fries were perfectly crisp! Menu has variety and they are planning to add more. Can’t wait until they get their espresso machine!
