This is the best Subway that I have been to. I went there years ago and it is way way better now than it use to be. Not sure when they did the renivation but tge place looks new and is awesome.

They really know how to make a strawberry shake. The one in Hudson succccckkkksss at them they are more vanilla with a swirl. When I order a strawberry shake I want a strawberry shake

Love the coffee. Standard food, you know what you are going to get. Today let's focus on a quick snack of coffee and strawberry creme pie. Love it! Love it! The creme must be on the left side, strawberries on the right. The pie should be a light golden brown and hot, but not so much so as to blister the roof of one's mouth. Remove completely from the cardboard and enjoy. Start with one and know that you may have to get more. 'Especially when others start asking for a bite...NO! Go buy more

I was there this morning with with a mobile app order that got sent to a different store. Although I was not able to get my order from the Granite Falls store, the manager of the store was very professional. I did leave a little angry, but thinking back on the situation the manager at all times with very professional, kind and was very apologetic toward my situation. I WAS able to get a refund from my mobile app from the other store. I wanted to put a big shout out for this manager today. Thank you for your professionalism and your understanding. I DO APOLOGIZE FOR STARTING YOUR DAY OUR THAT WAY! 😔😊

Sometimes it's takes them 5 minutes to co.e to the front even tho you the only person in line

Big mac and fries were perfect. I seldom get hot fries at my local McDonald's. Had a slight issue with the freshness of my coffee. Tha manager came by my table to ask how my lunch was and made the coffee right in minutes. All McDonald's should be this good.

Absolutely amazing staff! I cannot sing praise for the employees at this location enough. In today's environment, I'm often hesitant to go out to eat due to lack of service or orders being incorrect almost every single time (Sometimes this is not the employees fault, as many of them are still underpaid and work very long hours, just to have customers yell at them all day).

However, I am always pleasantly surprised when I visit this location because the employees are always so kind and friendly. Great customer service goes a long way.

Food was hot and fresh. Went to the Hudson location because we waited in line at the Granite Falls location for quite a while. Three cars in front of us drive off then when we got up to order, no one ever came on the speaker. Do yourself a favor and go to the new Hudson location. It's much better.

Zoe went above and beyond to ensure our experience was extra special. She made sure all needs were met, spent time speaking with my two year old son, and brought our meal to the table. It was a great visit!

Great McDonald's to go get a quick bite to eat at. Really clean and super friendly staff. 5/5 highly recommend

Fast and great food and service

Drive up cashier is amazing. She is knowledgeable, quick, and friendly.

These guys where really under staffed when I went through yet they all had a smile and they where all moving! Everyone was hustling to get orders out.
The manager was all over the place doing several positions to help keep up. You could see she is a team player. She is what a manager should be. You could hear her communicating with her staff and keeping up the moral. I was very impressed and even more thankful that everyone was so nice and worked so hard even though things are tough right now.

Wendy assisted us through our order. She was amazing! Very sweet and funny even through a drive through order! She needs a raise!! We went through on Friday night around midnight (12:30, 8/6/22)

And even though it was late you’d really think it was 9 am because she was full of energy!

The Wendy’s nearby is closed at midnight instead of like most Wendy’s locations as well, so enjoy Ms. Wendy assisting you at McDonalds! The irony!

The drive through is fast and I have never got soggy, cold fries. The staff is friendly and competent.

Quick, clean, accurate, polite! Drive thru is usually not super long, and they don't get every other order incorrect like a lot of locations do. And if you choose to dine in the tables and seating is clean, and isn't covered in food and crumbs and etc. like many fast food restaurants.. it's a great McDonald's, all in all.

I stopped by with my wife. We were in and out of the drive in quickly. The food was good and hot and freshly cooked. We were there 830 PM and I appreciate hot freshly made fries, not soggy leftovers. Thank you.

Excellent experience, thanks to one employee. Our order had multiple mistakes, but Denise went out of her way to set it right. She was beyond helpful and extremely apologetic. Because of Denise, this location gets 5 stars!
