Always get us the parts we need and go above and beyond for us with there services. This is why we don't buy parts from no other place but O'Reillys. Knowledgeable staff and good attitudes all around. I'f they don't know exactly what a customer is explaining they will reach out to use shop owners find out what we did and used and pass it on to the customers. Which in return saves everyone money and is what keeps us coming back. Not another store like it.

I truly hope someone will see this and forward this to management.and above. Last weekend I was stranded in Walmart parking lot there in Laurel. I needed to be jumped off. I was on the parking lot 3 hours. Called Walmart 8 times and went inside twice. Still no help. Asked 2-3 customers still received no help. I called O'Reilly's apologized immediately for my already frustration. Within 15 minutes one of the employees was there and had me back on the road. With only a glad we can help you ma'am. Outstanding customer service!!!

My brother comes here a lot and the employees here knows exactly what he's talking about and always gives him a fair price. After going to AutoZone after all these years I'm so glad we starred going here, because the employees are so much better and actually know what their doing!
