First time we visited was 5 stars across the board. Second visit (because of the great first visit) not so much. Got my order wrong, requested a receipt the claim the rewards on the app (went through the drive through the second visit) I was not given a receipt and when asked for one the manager came to the window and told me a receipt was not an option because she didn't know what she did with it. Not only did I not get to claim the rewards, my card was charged for more than what the total was told to me and I had no way to verify what they charged on my card. Unfortunately I will have to choose a different location since I can no longer trust this one.

Had to deliver my nephew to Jack this morning so he could go to work early. Glad to see they're trying to help him out with more hours. A great place to have a good quick bite biscuits and gravy and hash browns boy was it delicious. If you get a chance to go by Jack's on Hughes Road tell Matthew at the front counter I said hey Uncle Rick said that. Anyway enjoy your meal and enjoy some great food he's a great kid and help you out.

First time at a Jacks. Got the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The food was good. Good quality chicken, and I'm picky!

It was good, and the employee was just the kindest person. She was so kind to the elderly person in line in front of me and just so kind to us. Thank you for the great customer service.

Danaijah Has Great Customer Service & Was Able To Accommodate My Most Ridiculous Request With No Issue! Most Definitely Will Be Visiting Again Soon! & & Then I Was Aware It Wasn’t Peak Time @ Drive Thru So Ms. Danaijah Scurried & Gathered The Substances To Accommodate My Request & Helped To Guy In The Back Hence To Satisfy Me. & They Were Rapid & Neat!

I eat breakfast here every day before work. I go and dine in and love the workers they are the best! They remember my order and are always friendly. I highly suggest for anyone to go there to eat.

Jack's is a great fast food restaurant! I love their crinkle fries. They also have really good chicken and chicken strips. The only disadvantage is that they don't take American Express. They do take other major credit cards though. Service and food are great!

This is one of the nicest Jasks I've been to. When was the last time you had a great customer service experience? Well, here you will get it. Everyone was so nice and helpful and appeared that they actually wanted to work, unlike some other places. Great people at this location and the food were also on point.

Jeremiah works at the window and every time I come there, he has a great attitude. He is very respectful and will do whatever he has to do to make sure I am satisfied as a customer. If there is a reward for employee of the month, Jeremiah deserves it. Thank you Jeremiah for your service excellent customer service.

Always a fantastic place to have a quick breakfast or lunch alone, or with a friend and loved ones. Most burger portions are big enough to fill up most people.

Loved trying the $6 3-Piece Chicken Fingers, Fries, & Cookie for my taste of my experience & it was all good, including Unsweet Tea after a big day at work.

I have to say they have the most amazing pancakes I've ever had in my entire life! They were very hot and drenched in butter! Not a health food but if you wanna throw all of your inhibitions aside then get these! The staff are also fast and friendly.

Jack's will always been serving AMAZING foods. I have been here a couple of time, I can't get used with their breakfast platter. Their buttery pancakes and biscuits were best start for the day. I have alsso tried their Eggs, steak, and fried chicken. They just taste soooo good. But what's really my fave is their Bologna biscuits! You're missing out if you haven't tried those. I am excited to go back here!

Them chicken and waffle biscuits? sandwiches? Are pretty good. Huge pice of chicken on a slightly too small waffle. The syrup needs an upgrade but it's good without it.

Very clean. Never had bad food from this location. Food is always fresh and well prepared. Staff is very nice & friendly.

First time going. Ordered #2 bacon cheeseburger. Everything fresh and hot. I liked the french fries, but my wife and daughter didn't. Salted, crispy but seemed to also have a powered cheese seasoning? Courteous employees, and a clean exterior drive through and overall good experience.

This used to be an excellent restaurant. We just went through the drive thru and we're asked to pull up and wait. Both our burgers were cold. I don't mean not hot or warm from sitting too long, rather refrigerated cold. The fries were half cooked and cold, so not sure why we had to pull up to wait. I will never come back to this restaurant!!! The customer service is lacking and needs addressed even for a fast food restaurant.
