My family and I just stopped at Krystal’s. Our meal was hot and the drive through service was great. We appreciate your hospitality!

Very clean, nice people & food hot & fresh...

Food was fresh and good. Havent ate here in a long while. Customer Service wasn't good. The food just felt rushed out the window and it was the same when we went back around for extra order of fries. Yall got to do better in fast food if you not a people person get a job where you don't have to see or talk too. Simple as that.

Drive thru only? Lobby door locked.

We really enjoyed our stop here. They were low on staff but the place was clean those working were very polite and the food was really great. We had a pile of Chicken sandwiches, fries, and chili cheese tots. I had no idea their chicken was so satisfying. Definitely will return to this Krystal!

I'm in Huntsville for the summer from Minnesota. I've stopped at this location a few times while I've been down here. The staff here are great, especially the friendly dude who I've gotten food from twice (including just now)

Convenient location and can easily be seen from the main highway. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly. The food was good with the fries being just cooked and the sandwiches also. The tea was fresh. I recommend going here for a quick inexpressible bite to eat.

Excellent visit. Christopher was quick and efficient with my order process. The food was hot, steamy and delicious! There were napkins in the bag, a coupon leaflet, and the "host" even remembered to ask if I'd like ketchup to go with my fries. Kudos!

I am going to come here everyday. 10/10

Speedy, Friendly, helpful service.. oh and the food is by the book.. what more could you ask for ?
Plus the cashier's smile and personality is my first human contact before work,great way to start 3rd shift..

I usually stop there for breakfast around 6:15 on mornings when i wk. A good breakfast is hard to beat. The 3 egg beakfast is hard to beat especially when the eggs are cooked to order. The kitchen staff and management get an A rating, i encourage you to try them.

Family was in town and we bought everyone various biscuits and two bacon bowls. They forgot one biscuit, went in, got it, they apologized, life goes on. Go home, family in town, takes a minute to sit down to eat. Find we have two sausage bowls. Took them back, but it was too late for breakfast. They went above and beyond to make it right. I wasn't expecting how far they went.
Other than that
I come here often, I get a bacon bowl, I think maybe one mess up out of all the times I've gotten it. Normally fast and hot, and people are really nice.

Burgers taste great, reasonable prices, fast service.

They are always very nice and I’ve never had an issue with my order Boeing wrong. When I go it’s always at breakfast. I know they are understaffed and overworked but they are always positive and upbeat.

Everything was fresh and awesome I just wish they would have gave a little extra napkins and some ketchup for the fries other than that I ain't had crystals like that hot and fresh in a really long time

Krystal's donut holes (aka Glaze Bombs) are better than just about any donut shop. Served hot and fresh and topped with a glaze that doesn't leave you feeling sick to your stomach.

Hot food and fries are fanatic!

Love Krystals burgers. Wish they still had the hot wings like they use to make. Was the best wings great spice and no sauce so I could them driving down the road.

Fast service, great food, real friendly staff. Made my food to order, so it came out REAL fresh. Would definitely recommend!
