Service here is courteous every time that I have been here. The milkshake I had is good but I'm fighting it because it's super thick (that's not a complaint, by the way). 🥤

There's one guy who's there on the night shift whom is never, and I mean NEVER, negative. He's always upbeat and positive.

My fave location! App was down. Mikey went above and beyond to help me. Super friendly. Food is always hot & fresh!!

Didn't have root beer, but server was super polite while we selected a backup option.
Lots of moderate to poor experiences at different Sonic restaurants in recent months, but this was a great one. Would definitely return!

Ordered a large Popcorn Chicken and unfortunately, it tasted as though the grease hadn't been changed or even filtered in a month at least! Yuk!!! What a waste of $7! Completely inedible! Last straw! Won't be back here! County Line only! If this continues I guarantee this location will be closed down in at most a year!

This sonic is always busy and always friendly. We use the app for the drink specials and it works great. Their fountain drinks are always excellent 👍

Good food, good service, good experience. While waiting, I walked around the parking lot a little bit, picking up trash. When my order came out, she said the manager wanted to thank me for being such a good neighbor customer. I thought that was rather nice.

This is one of three go-to's for this area. I always find that whether I order at the kiosk or online, my order is always prepared correctly and in a timely manner, even when the volume of customers are high.

Any time I want to treat myself to more than just food, this is my first thought!

The staff are courteous and professional and always verify whether the order is correct before wishing you a good day.

This is my favorite Sonic. The customer service is outstanding, and Kevin deserves a raise. Not only did he come out to our car to verify our order was correct, he also gave us extra marinara sauce and ranch dressing for or our cheese sticks and chicken strips. All of our food was hot and fresh. Hands down the best Sonic I've eaten at in the Huntsville area. Keep up the great work! We will always return to this Sonic when we're craving burgers, chicken strips and tater tots.

We came out to get some random food, we order and was greeted with a nice man named Kevin. He was very polite and took the order well. We didn't wait that long and he came put with our food with a wonderful smile. I tipped him a generous amount and he was very appreciative. Later he came back to to check on us and even gave us 2 coupons and these really cool free medium coin tokens. Amazing worker!! Please give this man a raise! Kevin brought our food out and was so friendly. He even whispered with us so he wouldn’t wake up our sleeping 1yo. Thanks, Kevin!!

Folks on here whining about not getting their 15 cents in change back.... Give me a break! The carhops are providing a service to hand deliver your food and you're gonna cry about 15 cents in change you didn't receive...??? Y'all are the same people who don't tip your uber driver after he or she loads and unloads your bags when you're being dropped off at the airport. I deal with people like that on a regular basis and they're not hard to spot

I've only had one issue with this Sonic and the owner made sure I received a credit for future visits. Everyone has always been nice and the food is good. Matter of fact I just left it a few minutes ago... It's sad that only whiners leave the majority of the reviews.

Fast, friendly service. Great food and selection. Sweet and savory options available all day. The HAPPY HOUR drink specials are awesome.

Kudos to carhop Kevin on May 1. He was the only carhop working Saturday afternoon. He was steadily working delivering orders to each car with care. When he brought my order he said “I’m sorry for your wait ma’am but if there’s anything else you need while you’re here please let me know”. Good job Kevin!

Sonic has great shakes and blasts. Even their burgers and fries are pretty delicious too. Pricing is a tad high, not as cheap as McDonald's. This locations drive-thru usually takes a while as well, not crazy fast, so just keep this in mind if you're in a rush.

I used the app to place my order while sitting in the stall. Feels like I can be more accurate than yelling through a speaker. Fast to get food, even though the weather was awful.

Very refreshing drinks, many times I've been they've always made my drink awesomely!

This Sonic is quick, courteous, and gave us what we ordered. We came from Sonic on 72, where 2x this week we couldn' t even order food. Once Thursday around 7:20pm and today around 5:30pm. They were rude and didn't care if we waited around or not for their system to reboot. Well in Madison, there are two other Sonics withing 5 miles of 72's. So I care to take my business elsewhere. Thank you SULLIVAN STREET SONIC for treating me like a human being who matters, and treating feeding me and my kids like it's your actual job...because tonight ..it was. The drinks came out​ quick and when it wasn't to my liking, the car hop quickly made a brand new one at no extra cost. They also brought out extra toppings (Oreos) upon request at no extra cost.

Sometimes you just need a cold drink and a bite of something salty. I like using the app to Order food and then just sit there 🙂

This my wife and I's quick time away together place. Easy to pop in get a treat and spend time when supper or an event just isn't possible.
