Jack's Family Restaurants

I happened upon this store on my way from the Gulf Shore area, on my way home to Kentucky. I LOVE all the Jack’s I’ve been to, and I’m actually mad at myself for not stopping at one sooner! We don’t have them anywhere near home! I will say, the drive through line was wrapped all around the restaurant— but that’s par for the course on a Sunday after church time...with a beautiful day to boot! Didn’t bother me to go in, where I was greeted right away/she took my order. I did wait a bit longer than expected, but as you can see by my pics, it was WORTH IT!!! I love the food, and I WISH y’all would bring one to Louisville!! The burgers have delicious, soft, and buttered buns, with a nice helping of bacon 🥓 on them! There’s nothing like crispy bacon on a burger… and ALL ingredients were fresh! 😋

I love the food here. I can get a complete meal, and I didn’t have to make it! Reasonably priced too. Staff is always very nice at drive-through window.

In the 3-years I've been eating at this location on Wall-Triana, the food and service has been *consistently excellent*. All the employees are very friendly and helpful! From time to time they will add new items or flavors on the menu. All the items I've tried have been very good. It's rare that I eat at other fast food restaurants, but when I do, I never leave a review because they don't even come close to Jack's for great food and service.

Went for breakfast, everything ordered was fresh and hot. The front service staff was friendly and my food arrived quickly. I will definitely go back.

Got a late lunch around 3pm. No cars, so I assumed it be old food. I was totally wrong! Excellent big jack! Food was hot / Fresh! Fast & excellent service! Best Jacks around so far. Next one to me is Jordan Lane. Harvest is the bottom

Always in and out the drive thru in a respectable time. Foods never wrong and is always on point. I eat here multiple times a weeke.

We stopped here this morning only because they had truck parking out back and we needed breakfast. Fast and hot food. Clean tables and restrooms.

My first experience at jacks and it has extremely good food and some of the best frys I've had in a while 10/10

Woke up kinda grumpy today, my friend took me to breakfast at Jack's. Walked in and the store looked great, Shenitra at the counter was very friendly and fun, really helped brighten my day. My biscuit was so light and fluffy, whoever was on biscuits this morning really knows how to make a great biscuit! Thanks for brightening my day!

Fastest Jack’s I’ve ever been to. The lunch line is always long and they burn through it like nothing! My order is always right and the staff is pleasant.

The sides could have been a little larger. But overall a good meal.

This Jacks has gone down in quality!! The past 2 years it’s been awful how they do your food!! Old food is common now!! Too much attitude when you have a complaint about your food!! It’s only a 1/4 mile from my job and it has been completely awful!! My wife just got me lunch at work and food wasn’t fixed correctly and it was cold!! 3mins from my job!! Folks work hard for their money to get food not prepared right!! Not asking for anything free, just what I pay for to be correct!! I’ve asked numerous coworkers to visit and get the same mess!! You guys gotta do better by your customers!! Without customers, you have no check!!

This specific Jacks location has the best customer service I've ever experienced. The employees here fully exemplify the definition of good customer service, and they are on par if not better than service at any Chick-fil-A. They truly do care about their customers, not only during the visit, but even thereafter. Each time I have visited whether drive thru or dine in, the service seems to get better and better... just when I thought it couldn't be better. No, they do not know me personally, nor do I know them. It's just my neighborhood Jack's, and it's fulfilling to know that they care about us. One evening I received a phone call from this store because someone else who shared my name visited this Jack's and left something "very important " behind. They went through relentless efforts to get this item back to the original owner. I was the wrong person, but they explained the situation and honestly, it was no surprise to me that they would go that far for a customer even after the visit ends. Most places would have shoved the most item in the desk drawer somewhere in the office and waited until the owner came looking for it... and even then might not remember that an item was left behind. I wish I could do more for these employees because each and every time I visit, regardless of the kind of day I'm having, they exponentially improve my day... sometimes turning it entirely around for the better. Keep up the good work Jack's on Wall Triana.

This is my favorite Jack's. The customer service is impeccable. Every employee here is just as friendly as can be. Our food is always hot and fresh. We get the same table every time. I would recommend for a satisfying quick breakfast.

I work down the street. The Jack’s near me in Huntsville, AL on Wall-Triana Hwy is probably the best ran fast-food joint I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been coming here for years and they have never messed up my order. I felt time for me to give them credit.

I live in Memphis now but we go to Jack's literally every time I go home to visit. Their food is good and they have amazing milkshakes!

So friendly. They gave me plenty of gravy on my double gravy biscuits and didn't spill any in the bag. The bacon was perfectly crispy without being too hard or dry. I'll be going to this one from now on, even if it's a few minutes out of my way. They are so fast it'll make up for the time difference.

Food was freaking awesome, especially after a long cold day of work. Definitely recommend this place.
