Hardee’s

Today they had the Easter bunny here it was so fun and amazing. Nice people

Cheyenne is always very pleasant and takes care of us. She knows what we are gonna order before we order it. The food is always hot and fresh and my bacon is always made crispy like I want it. She is a good asset to your company.

Had a great experience today. The food was fresh and good. The ladies that were working did a great job and were very friendly. Kasey and I believe her name was Cheyanne were on top of everything and made sure my order was correct . Will definitely go back again.

Great experience with customer service. Ordered the Philly cheese steak burrito and it was absolutely amazing!! Over all great experience. Store seems to really be turned around from past experiences.

Today I went through Hardee’s this morning and the service was great the speakers are broke and the gm was still standing at the window waiting for us to order. I know it was the general manager I seen her name tag.

I went to Hardee’s today and it was the cleanest I’ve seen it in a while the general manager was nice and made sure we was taken care of.

Cheyenne was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. She took my order and went to take care of someone in the drive-thru. A young man brought me my food, ( I think his name tag said Gavin) he was the one that prepared it. It was very good. I have had some bad experiences with Hardee's in the past but this visit was great! The food was delicious and the employees were awesome!

Very good customer service. Will definably go here again. Love the mushroom & Swiss!

Wow!! I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the product, all around cleanliness of the store. I wish I could remember the young man's name behind the counter. He worked the weekend in the evenings. His commitment to customer service was stellar. Above and beyond excellent. I would give anything to have this kind of service up north in Michigan. He also had a partner that was doing all the cooking and like I said the food was 5 star excellent. Doesn't get any better this. If you ever in Benton, Illinois please stop by and say hello my new friends at Hardee's. I also recommend the mushroom and swiss.

Needed something to eat on our way home from marion, decided on Hardee's. Was training some one new but wait time was still not long and everything was correct. Had stoped here because it was close to the park and wanted to eat outside on the nice day. Staff was awesome.

The staff was so sweet here and the food was fresh! I don't eat fast food often, partly because I'm gluten free, but I'll be visiting here again. They cooked a fresh grilled chicken breast just for me and didn't charge me for the whole sandwich like some places do--how refreshing!

Read some negative reviews here, so first of all I'm glad I ignored them. The associate who took our order was friendly and polite, our food was cooked and served promptly and accurately, and we were served a generous amount of hot, crisp fries. Overall a very positive experience.

Everything was really good! Autumn was the lady who helped us, she was very friendly and helpful! Fast service and everything tasted fresh.. I will be back soon!

I liked Hardies when there were in Ohio. They have good different style burgers that most places don't make. I like the Mushroom, Swiss, Angus burger, LG Fries & Chicken strips. (All Good!!!)
I don't eat fast food a lot, barely at all, I usually eat pretty much Heart healthy. When one is on the road just driving, you eat what you can sometimes.

It was fast food but, the croissant was really good. All the food was fresh and scalding hot- good sign. And the guy covered in tattoos working the window had some of the best customer service skills I've ever experienced.

The restaurant was clean and the food was good and hot!
