McDonald's

Benton McDonalds was very clean. The soda refill station was wiped down. They did not have any wet floors. The napkins were full. The service was friendly.

McDonald's are pretty much all the same. They usually get my order right. I always check on special orders. Quick and convenient

It's a nice and relaxing place to be in your down time. If your on the road. I'm a bike packer so a relaxing places with nice employees is is a good thing.

Been using the app to order and I will say that the staff are very kind. My order was messed up, just missing a drink, told them and they took care of it promptly and carried it out to me apologizing for the mistake.

Ordered our food inside after using the restroom. Enjoyed our food in the car in a nice shaded area. I had the Quarter Pounder Deluxe and my wife had the Chicken nuggets.

I don't usually bother with reviewing fast food, but this location stood out in terms of making food fresh and having some of the best service I've received at a McDonald's before!

We had a bus full of students stop at this McDonald's unexpectedly - didn't have enough time to give them a notice that we usually give. It appeared there was a Managers meeting taking place during our visit. A couple of the managers got up to assist our large group! They represented teamwork well! Good job!

I think this is one of the best McDonald’s around. The food is consistently fresh and tasty. The staff is always friendly and reads your order back to you. They make great coffee and in 2 years I’ve never heard them say their ice cream machine was down. I hear this a lot about other ones but never this one. 5 stars in my book.

Our breakfast was fresh and hot this morning. Actully, I want to compliment the store and the people working in it, because everytime I have ordered breakfast or lunch, it has been very good. I want to compliment the manager for running a great crew that delivers fresh, hot food. We are travelers and eat at varioud McDonalds throughout the US, on a weekly basis. This store ranks in the top 3 stores
(for us) in the US, we visit that has been consistantly good :)

One of the best McDonald's around, and very close to home. My wife loves the Mocha Frappes.

One of the TM's seen that I had multiple orders with drinks and she made sure I got a bigger bag and a carrier for my drinks. She was very nice and helpful. I have never been to McDonalds and got service that amazing before. She made my visit so much easier. McDonalds needs more workers like her in every restaurant. 10/8/21 breakfast time was when I visited.

This place was clean even the rest room, ladies that is. Pricing was fair food was hot and tasted good. Staff were friendly and helped me pick a good deal to make a meal

Great service and friendly service. Sometimes it could be faster but you never know if it's a customer adding on food at the window or just very large orders. My point is that try their very best to please and sometimes it's impossible. So be nice and appreciate the hard work your local Mcdonalds crew does for you.

Honestly I'm not one to leave a review for fast food but this one needed the positive comment as they are the best McDs in the all of southern Illinois I swear. Everytime my burger comes how I ordered in a neat fashion not sloppy at all and friendly staff too! Thanks

Such friendly staff! They enjoy their work! Prompt service. I was truly impressed. Most McDonald's I have been in have been very impersonal (customer-focused in a hurry-up way.)

Or traveling south down I-57. Granddaughter had to stop and use the restroom so we come across this pic Donald's. The restroom was extremely clean and the people working we're very very friendly. Highly recommend if you're traveling through I need a quick stop
