Great place. Food was awesome. Staff were on their game. Only a 2-4 minute wait on the food. I was impressed. This Arby's was very neat and clean.

We go there often. Always good and place is clean. Only thing this time, I had asked for crinkle fries, but they gave me the curly ones. It was busy, so I didn't say anything. It was ok. Everything was really good. Got hot crinkle fries and roast beef sandwich! Was really good service too!!.

Clean restaurant, a little slow but worth the wait... love the Gyro !

If you like meat, you'll love Arby's. And they usually get our order right.

Drive though was fast and was delicious best of all I wasn't asked to pull forward and park

They r really keeping it clean! I ordered a double beef n cheddar...they r so cheap on the cheddar, could not tell it was in there....just ain't no sense with what that sandwich cost to make it like that!

The lunchtime staff are great. Also very friendly to on-duty first responders.

Went into restaurant about 9pm, lady says "Lobby is closed"....well ok, "we just want it to go". Lady replies " you will have to use the drive through". Huh?? Whatever- sat in line over 10 minutes for our food. 🙄
The American Roast Beef is wonderful! All the burger fixings but with roast beef- very tasty and nice size.

At the Benton, IL, location they are always quick and get my order correct. Everything is always fresh. I had an amazing experience last time I was there with Macy—she really went above and beyond. Very friendly and detail-oriented! Exceptional service with a smile!

I went on my lunch break and everything is 10x better than the last time I went a few months back. Even though I made it sound difficult the man at the window was so polite and even made a meal to make it cheaper. The kitchen staff use to barely soak my buffalo sliders but this time it drenched and it made me so happy. I have a mental disability so it makes it hard to be forward with what I want so I was excited to see everything right.

The Young Lady at the Drive Thru was just Precious 💕 She had just Graduated and was very personable and accommodating...This was the Benton Illinois location about 12 Miles from my Home in a different town...But I have to go to Benton Illinois on Business and will Definitely revisit this location...Food was Excellent!!! 💯🤗

Great food, drive thru is quick even during rush times. Brisket sandwich is awesome. My favorite go-to is the roast beef and cheddar, without the red ranch sauce. Curly fries are second only to Rallys.

Driving thru the city on the way back home to Kentucky we decided to eat at Arby's. We received a huge discount via the email club, which was nice to save money. The food we received was exactly what the Arby's ad campaign pushes for... it was hot, fresh, absolutely delicious. The Reuben I ordered was slightly toasted with a slightly burned crust which makes the taste even better. My wife's gyro was really good and tasty. The young lady at the speaker/window was kind, friendly and represented your company well...KUDDOS

I'm a burger guy so I tried the Wagyu combo. It was good but didn't live up to the hype. Fast, friendly service as usual. Always a good experience.

We tried both the reg & hot fish sandwiches. They were great. Served fast & hot. And the cherry turnovers are amazing!!!

The employees are always very friendly and patient. Never had a bad experience with the staff or food.

Very clean and the decorations and ambience are nicer than any fast-food place I have ever seen. The staff is also very quick and friendly. Highly recommend.
