The alligator appetizer was amazing. I especially love the sauce it comes with. Our burgers were great! We also placed an order to go for family and we noticed their burgers were dry and that was a little disappointing because ours at the table were wonderful. They were playing a wide range of different music and it seemed to be a family environment depending on what kind of music you let your children listen to. The service was great and we had a great time! The only issue was the very dry burgers from the to-go order that we took home. They may have just been done quickly.

My husband and I are from Louisiana, so we are always excited to try restaurants that taste like home.

I ordered a cup of red beans - just to try - and MAN those were the best red beans I’ve had in a long time! My husband got the gumbo and it was really good as well!

We also ordered the Catfish Atchafalya and Boom Boom shrimp poboy. They were both excellent.

We didn’t care for the Devil on Horseback appetizer but that’s probably just our preference.

I would go back for the red beans alone. Service and atmosphere were great! I hope you guys expand into Huntsville. I’m on the other side and it’s about 45 minutes for me to get to you in Madison.

I've been twice now and enjoyed myself immensely both times. The food is fantastic and I've had really great service both times also. I ordered the Cajun press the first time with fries and a side of hush puppies and ordered Cajundillas that came with red beans and rice my 2nd trip. Also, had boom boom shrimp appetizer. Everything was amazing! Looking forward to my next visit, already planning what I'll order next.

Nice place to eat. Great Gator tail. I had the ahi tuna. It was amazing! Highly recommended!

First time going and there was no wait on a Sunday around lunch time. Food took a while to get out and it was a bit chilly in there but service was pretty good and when the food came out, it was delicious. Would certainly be coming back.

Great sports bar with a lot of food options. My wife went a few weeks ago and had bones in her fish. I went out with my friends in spite of her review to give it another try. Great food and drinks for all. I had shrimp and grits. The other plate is blackened Red fish. Looks like they redeemed themselves and will go again.

The hostess was absolutely incredible placing us on the wait-list for a busy Sunday. We were told that it would be 45 minutes before we could be seated. however to our surprise we seated in about 25. Our server Jazzy ❤ She was so sweet! Our food came out perfectly and she even gathered the crew to turn our day up a notch. We celebrated a birthday in true Walk-On fashion. Cheers all round🥳🍧

First time here as they just recently opened. We waited about 30 minutes to seat, but it was worth it. Great service to start and then high quality food at a reasonable price. I ate the redfish tacos with mango salsa with a side of red beans and rice. They were all excellent and I loved the whole meal. My wife ordered the boom boom shrimp tacos, they were good but could have used a little more sauce. Chips and queso came with both meals and they were delicious. The restaurant is very loud with multiple televisions going at once and a music background that overrides everything. We will be back soon and recommend you try it. The men’s bathroom was a mess, but two employees walked in and immediately started working to clean it. Great attention to detail by the guys.

We really enjoyed it! Worth the 40 minute drive, easily. Try the grown up grilled cheese, and spinach artichoke dip!

The service was excellent, the food was very tasty!! I've been here before several times and have not had a bad dish yet.

The fried chicken Cobb salad is a big ole salad and it was great! I took half home for dinner. The fried pickles were awesome and they have a kick to them, yum!

You have to try the beignet bites. They were warm and sugary and so good.

TVs galore but also flavor galore. Cheese logs are a must. Burgers are super flavorful. Gumbo is loaded with cajun flavors. The whole menu looks amazing.

Always good food and good customer service one my favorite restaurant in clift farms work eating!! Fast service food always fresh! Great Job to the owner and staff that work so hard!

The ENTIRE experience was wonderful. From being welcomed by the hostess to Emily as the waitress and the delicious food.
Our waitress Emily welcomed us, made menu suggestions/recommendations with a bubbly personality.
We had the salmon entree and the pasta Alfredo with shrimp. The portion sizes are appropriate with room for leftovers. Surprisingly, there was a good ratio of shrimp to pasta in the Alfredo. We had bread pudding and beignets for dessert.
We went on a Tuesday. They have fabulous $5 deals Tuesday.
We are from out of town. Will definitely return. Hopefully we will have Emily as a waitress then too.

We highly recommend.

I recently dined at Walk-On's in Madison, Alabama, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by our server, Kabrea, and the young man Dez, who ensured everything was running smoothly and kept our dining experience
flawless.
From the moment we arrived, Kabrea greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she took the time to recommend dishes based on our preferences. Her friendly demeanor set the tone for a fantastic evening. Dez was equally impressive, seamlessly managing the flow of service. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed.

Now, let's talk about the food! I ordered the 10 jumbo shrimp, and they were absolutely divine. Each shrimp was cooked to perfection
-juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. They were a true highlight of the meal. The hush puppies were another standout; they were incredibly delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right hint of sweetness. I could have eaten a whole basket of those!
Overall, my visit to Walk-On's was exceptional, thanks to the fantastic service from Kabrea and Dez, as well as the delicious food. If you're in the Madison area, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal. You won't be disappointed! I can't wait to return and try more of their menu offerings. I encountered several super friendly/attentive staff members that checked on me in passing (only a few stank faces, ugh lol)! The food was really good and service was great! TJ is the best! I’ll most definitely return soon.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with great service. The food was amazing and had so much flavor. The catfish was a huge portion and you definitely get your monies worth.

Everything was great. I did on app ordering cause they are always busy. But it was fast and everything was hot. The best. You should try it!!!!

We've been meaning to try for a while, but finally got the chance for a late (9pm) dinner. We ordered the beignet sliders (amazing) and a chicken wrap. Menu said the chicken wrap had garlic aioli, but when we got it just seemed like a lot of mayo. Since we weren't really eating the server asked so we told her. Next thing I know, the head chef is sitting with us asking about it and apologizing. We talk a but longer, then he excuses himself. He returns shortly after with a card for a free app and asks us to give them another chance. We definitely will as they had some amazing service and everything else we had was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Party of 5 celebrating my dad’s 79th birthday during lunch. Top notch service from the minute we walked in! We were promptly greeted by Kendall as soon as we were seated. We ordered a fried pickle appetizer, so good! Everyone’s food was delivered fresh, hot and correct! Cajun Press, Ribeye Po Boy, Boom Boom Shrimp Taco’s, Shrimp Po Boy with Gumbo and a Hangover burger all delicious! We will definitely be back! Josh and his team delivered outstanding service! Also wanted to shoutout to Stephanie, the catering/to go specialist who also provided great customer service with her beautiful smile!
