Dear University Blvd Wendy's,
You guys are KILLIN it in the 🍔 business! Whether I visit your establishment as a D.Dasher or a patron service is fast, friendly & always w/ a 😄‼My sandwiches are always made exactly the way I ordered, and they're never put together crappy & sloppily. And when I need a frosty in my life to dip my fries in, you never let me down. (*cough-bring back the orange cream frosty...SOON)
Thank you for maintaining a clean dining room and ladies' room making any visit a pleasant experience. I don't visit as often as I'd like so any opportunity I get to swing through is a treat for me. Keep up the excellent food & service, guys! See yll soon!

I went to Wendy's recently for the first time since covid looking for a baked potato. The manager that served us after we waited at the counter for probably 5 minutes was super friendly! She actually helped me get what I wanted with a better deal. I really wanted to bake potato and I got the last one. It was exactly what I wanted. My only regret is to know that I got the last one so if my husband had been with me he would have been out of luck.

The internet was down yet the manager of this location handled the situation more professionally then I could’ve ever imagined. She juggled between inside guest as well as drive through patrons (and the lines filled quickly once every restaurant /store in the area closed down from lack of internet which seemed to fuel this young lady even more taking cash only orders using pen and paper and rounding off order cost to make curtain her till was covered with adequate tax deduction and impeccable service. I literally wanted to start a tip jar right then and there for the crew at this Wendy’s location on this Friday evening. I frequent Wendy’s near my home often and with everything going on with the lack of technology and the outpouring of extra hungry patrons this Wendy’s served me with a flawless dinner order , food was hot , drinks and fries were perfect faster than any other Wendy’s location I have ever been to on any typical evening with all the resources Wendy’s has in place for a seem less visit operating at 100% Good Job to these guys !!!!

Quick breakfast trip, service was great,french toast was hot and on point!

They gave great service despite having some stove issues. The manager was honest about what they could and could not provide. I was grateful for whatever they had.

I usually grab breakfast here when I am in the area, and the lady at the drive-thru always brightens my day and puts a smile on my face. She is so pleasant and kind. If you are having a rough morning, swing by the drive thru, and she will definitely make your day brighter. The food is great also.

My experience was simply magnificent. I had a great time with the crew. The food was fresh and simply wonderful. Although drive-thru was a long wait, I was glad I was able to go in to order the food. It was worth the wait because everything was fresh and made correctly. I really had a great time with the crew while I was waiting on the food. The place was very clean and well organized. Thanks to everyone for a great time and your hard work.

Great service! Our food was out in less than 5 minutes and the servers were fantastic. The ladies were entertaining and hard working. We were even treated to free frosties at the end of our meals! You can really see that these people make the most out of their jobs. Will be returning! ♥

This wendys was a life saver. We are truck drivers and got a late load and got outta there when everything was closed. The manager was awesome to let us walk up to the drive through and take our order. We were starving. Thank you!

Went in and ordered a few things, including 2 baked potatoes. They informed me they were making the potatoes, so there would be a little wait, which I agreed to. After maybe 10 minutes or so, the manager brought us our order, free frosties, and cash to reimburse our order because of the wait. I unfortunately didn't get his name, but this is true customer service. The gesture was much appreciated, and I wish more businesses these days would show such consideration. The food was also fresh and delicious.

Hot fresh delicious. Kind of addicted to the homestyle French toast sticks. Only got 4 knowing I really needed 6 lol.

So, I went into the Wendys today and I ordered about $30 worth of food. I could tell there wasn’t a lot of people in there today but they still got my food out really fast, we’re very kind, and not only that my kids were in the car so there was no one to help me but the guy at the register offered to help carry it out.

Out of taco salad so she cut a fresh one for me..outstanding service and very nice…Made me feel great…loved the english accent👍🏻

They were obviously slammed today, and did a great job of keeping everythong running smoothly. The manager was very professional and kind with staff and guests, which I always love to see. This is one of the better Wendy's franchises in the area.

Just like with Walmart and Burger King I feel obligated to provide this service to humanity. I am sure there are millions who have never been to Wendy's or the above mentioned places. I purchased two large chilies. That's it. No drink no nothing. It was excellent. It kept me alive

As far as a balance between price, quality, and speed Wendy's has it down to an art. The food is priced where it should be, it's hot, fresh, and of good quality. It may not be fine dining but it's a far cry better than 90% of drive thru.

Whenever our family goes to Wendy's we always go out of our way to visit this location instead of one closer to us. The staff is ALWAYS friendly even if it's busy and the restaurant is ALWAYS looking clean and items are stocked.

Customer service was awesome the food was fresh and hot with great quality. Look forward to visit this particular restaurant again. I usually don't give 5 stars but in this case they earned it. Thank you for a great experience.

Long after-lunch line didn't stop these guys from getting me hot food quickly, for a large family... and sent me off with a smile and a "have a great day". I appreciate the awesome service!
