I won't lie this mcdonalds is the most on point establishment in the chain always gets my orders right, but their comprehension of English is questionable, so speak slowly so they can understand

The food was nice and hot. It was ready fast and tasted good.

I was surprised that this McDonald's was as efficient as they were and as friendly as they were considering most around town or not either. The food came out correctly and on time for a drive-thru in my opinion. I ended up getting a Big Mac meal with the 40 nuggets and the two large fries for $19.99. The fries came out super hot and fresh with plenty of salt which is always the most important part when eating fresh McDonald's fries. I also ordered two large Cokes to go with this big meal that I ordered for me and a friend of mine which or actually good and not flat like most of the time. I could only wish the McDonald's closer to me were half as good as this one because I've gotten to a point where I don't even feel like stopping at McDonald's because of the service that I've been experiencing the last couple years with the ones closer to me.

This location of McDonald's is the best in this city. I can say that without hesitation and with confidence. My food always comes out fresh, hot and accurate. And the staff is always friendly and on point! All the other McDonald's need to take note!

Too many illegal aliens around to be able to sit inside. Loud and rude people think they own my country.

Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a pain but it’s convenient location by a neighborhood Walmart and the weapons station always have this mcds at the top of my family’s list.

ETA: Still the best McDonald's! Line could be wrapped around the building but it moves and food is hot!

Always the fastest drive-thru in Goose Creek! Great crew and never disappointed with the food quality. Fries are always hot!

This location has always been my go to. One of the manager's is the best at her job, I don't have her name but I'm always impressed with the quality and speed of this McDonalds. This is also the only location I like to deliver food from, because they don't close their lobby extremely early (even for delivery drivers) like most other locations around the area. I don't have to go through the drive-thru, which saves me an unbelievable amount of time picking up orders.

The McDonald's near the naval weapons station is very clean friendly and I would recommend it to anybody that food was delicious made to order am I smoothie was excellent. I would recommend this at any time . Once again this is Raymond Howell Goose Creek South Carolina

This is the best McDonald's in the Charleston area. They are the most efficient. They don't wander around in the kitchen bumping into walls then going the other way to bump into something else while looking confused. I go out of my way to get to this one, which is out the way.

The staff working at 8:21 am on 3/6, they where so sweet and friendly. The lady who took my order and money, Susan, she was a kind soul and made my day!

Most McDs franchises have gone downhill with service. This one has speedy and friendly service as well as a well kept dining room. I have to give them props for doing this well since the pandemic has so many restaurants doing so poorly with those areas that I mentioned. Keep up the good work.

The associate whom took my order was pleasant. She also asked if I wanted to round the total of my order up to donate to the Ronald McDonald House.

I always forget to donate and I felt happy knowing I got to help out. The food was fresh. The bacon ranch salad was cold and crisp. The McDouble was hot and juicy.
I quit going to this McDonalds because it was totally awful the last two visits last spring.
Because of this wonderful experience, I will come back.

Four people came to get food here and we all have our orders, and the cashier used all the deals and bonuses to lower our total down by like 20$, and we didn’t even know, also wonderful service

McDonald’s is McDonald’s, and this is one of the better ones. During my time as a student at trident tech I could always stop by here on the way from home and grab a quarter pounder with cheese meal. I also became such a regular that I began using coupons through their app to really maximize the value of every dollar. People who leave a negative review for one bad experience don’t seem to understand what a McDonald’s is for. If you want perfect service every time take the time and spend the money to get precious treatment. If you want some at worst hot and properly seasoned fries and at worst some cold ones come over here and spend your hard earned American money like I do about once a week. I’ve eaten at this McDonald’s at least 30 times and I’d say 20 of them were perfect experiences.

This is the nicest, friendliest and most professional McDonald's I've been to in years. The food is prepared well, and the customer service is impeccable. Not your usual McDonald's

I havent eaten at a McD in a year or so but stopped here to get breakfast for Coworkers on the base. I was impressed by how fast and pleasant the people were at the drive thru. The hotcakes breakfast i ordered was hot, tasty and came with real butter.

New way of ordering your food. 4 kiosks set up to auto-order. Nice. Rude cashier when I didn't first answer her question of how am I. If I don't feel like answering, then don't force an answer. Love, love the soundtrack! All 60s music from my childhood!

I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews for this location! I've been living here for about a year and this is by far the most pleasant and consistent McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is always friendly, and the kiosks they have to order on inside are very convenient.
