Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was incredibly fresh the staff has been so nice. Everybody greeted me with a warm welcoming feeling I come to this Popeyes all the time and I promise you the staff that is here right now is just truly amazing and very heartfelt. I came here and ordered a very big dinner for my family and they got it done very fast in a timely manner and just made my whole entire experience fantastic. Great job Popeyes.

Honestly service is getting a lil faster a lil better. We got all our food and drinks within a very decent time compared to the other near locations, and whoever made the sweet tea on Saturday July 13th 2024 @ 7:30pm is absolutely gonna need a raise and assign them to make the tea here from here on out because that tea screams southern style sweet iced tea from the heart. Not too much ice was just frkn perfect. Also we got the family meal tenders half spicy half reg. Fries so fresh! Thank y’all and I hope it stays getting better.

Went there early as it was opening and the Drive-Thru service was great! Fast service and the food was delicious, hot and fresh! We ordered the Shrimp Tackle Boxes with an order of extra biscuits. 👍 For a quick pick me up, it was good!

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, they ran out of pickles by time I ordered it, but nonetheless, it was still delicious!! The sandwich was bigger, cheaper, juicier and tasted better than the Chic-fil-A. I was impressed with this sandwich because I never ate here before, but they did an awesome job!! They even fed us samples of everything on the menu while waiting 2 hours along with a free drink. So you can rest assure I love that chicken from Popeyes!🥰❣🥰

I've never had any bad experiences in this location. So I'd give this a 5. The people try their best to help the customers, and that should be appreciated. Working in this kind of business isn't easy. The staff sometimes get overworked. So please be nice to them. With all the negative comments here, I can say that they still uphold the great taste of popeye mouthwatering chicken.

The new Chicken sandwich from Popeyes is amazing!! It was well worth the wait and the Gooscreek location fed us samples of just about every item on the menu during the 2 hour wait. Not to mention drinks on the house. My experience was awesome! I will definitely be back. They just need to up their customer service skills, the cashier at the Summerville location was horrible.

I have been stuck on the hot wings. Lots of flavor and the wing portion are great.

I guess maybe it’s sad that this impressed me so much because it says a lot about the state of customer service these days… Regardless, I regret not getting the cashier’s name at this location today because she was so friendly and easy going. It was refreshing to be treated like a valued customer at a fast food establishment in 2023. I will, without a doubt, be returning to this location to happily spend my money. I hope the cashier that was working today (6/6/23) around noon, whatever her name was, is recognized for her great attitude and professional demeanor. Thank you mamm : )

I just went through the drive-through at this Popeyes. They actually for as busy as they were. They were pretty expeditious and getting the food out it’s hot my order was cooked right and what I ordered was right. It seems to be pretty well run. the system is working good and the manager was in there just doing everything that she needed to do to keep it going smooth. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It’s a great place to eat, and the crew seem to be very organized.

Man I’m hooked on their new chicken wings. Every time I go to PT I get them on the way home. Haven’t tried them yet? I think you should try them.

I went during an incredibly busy time of day and the whole team was on point. Shaniqua and Jaquelle were the ones in the front helping expedite the process and asking people about their online orders. Thank you for being so kind and getting my order as fast as you possibly could. ❤

Food was excellent. Good portions and service was very good. Drive thru was decent. It is awkward to get out of parking lot if turning left.

Went to the Goose Creek Popeye's today to get dinner for my family and had a terrific experience. Sometimes I'm a little difficult and indecisive, Kema & Angela helped me and were happy to do so.

This Popeyes is very clean and the food is always fresh. Also, to my surprise there's hardly ever a line. I would say at most a car or two in front of me when I go and that's even during lunch hours. The drive thru line moves rather quickly and remember Popeyes isn't considered to be a fast food restaurant!
