The nicest staff. The tatted sleeve guy has, without exception, always given genuine comments to have a good day. His positivity has given me more of a boost than their coffee. I hope the management realizes, appreciates, and financially rewards the impact their staff can have in a 30 second drive through interaction; first thing in the morning, to people facing challenging days at work, and makes them come back.

Love the coffee, the food and the crew .. always look forward to vacationing in Carbondale, IL just to visit Scooter's .. wish we had one in Anaheim, California 😍 ... 🙂

I had such a great experience at the drive through this morning for my morning coffee! Staff is amazing at well! My husband says bring back the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte!! 😋

This is a drive-up only coffee shop. It opened in this town a year or two ago. We are frequent customers, and we like the fact that they are pretty fast. No long waits. The drinks are great, and they even have pup cups for dogs.

I had never been to this place before Fri 2/24/23. But I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a whirl. I was in town to take my NCLEX-RN and needed something wonderful before going in to take my exam. I rolled up to the talk box and simply said, "What would you recommend for a nurse who's about to take her state boards?" And guys, they did not disappoint. With a simple question, "Are you looking for energy - or something filling?", they absolutely NAILED it. The Peanut Butter Power. With an added encouraging note. Go to Scooters in Carbondale, IL. You won't be disappointed.

A wonderful coffee stop. We like a solid cup no frills and this is our new favorite! They have food items and breakfast type sandwiches all day. We got coffee ground for our pot at home, medium roast - delicious!

The staff were very nice, the drinks are tasty and we look forward to coming back!

I just wanna say Noah the manager is the absolute best! We just went through and I'm a frequent customer in Chester so I ordered a twix blender and they didn't get it right they made it again and it wasn't what they do in Chester and they even offered to call Chester to get the recipe! Hoewverre they had told me in Chester the flavors before so it wasn't necessary but they made it for me perfect and I couldn't be more appreciative! 5 outta 5 all the way around! This man deserves his manager spot 👏🏼

I'm the kind of person that has a million questions and I don't know exactly what I want when I pull up. They're always very helpful, including being helpful in getting the whole order process completed quickly because it's drive through, ssssooo let's hurry up. Amazing staff, awesome drinks. Good times.

The drinks/food here have always been really good! Comparable prices to Starbucks/Dunkin’—so yes, it is a little overpriced. Not something I’d waste money on every day, but I do enjoy coming here as a treat.

My only complaint is that they don’t confirm your order or tell you the total at the speaker! So you just have to hope they got your order down correctly.

Been here 5 times now. Tried several different espresso drinks (iced and hot) and breakfast items. My son loves the maple waffle sandwich and the smoothies. The coffee is really good. They were out of several things but that's pretty normal for a new restaurant, I'm sure given some time they will get supply issues figured out. It isn't a cheap option...2 sandwiches and 2 small drinks runs about 20 dollars, but it's very good. The workers are very friendly and the line stay moving pretty quick too. Overall I enjoy this place and so does my kid

Yes, this place is a bit on the high end of coffee shops in our area. But are they delicious? Yes!! I am addicted to the warm cinnamon Roll with cream cheese frosting!

Their carmalisous blender coffee is to die for! Have yet to try the food as I am an avid coffee drinker. I will add photos later. I ate it up too fast 😩😂

Great little coffee shop. I make runs there twice a week for all my coworkers and they picked this place by unanimous vote.

First time trying Scooter's Coffee and I was impressed. We ordered Mocha Blenders and a Reeses Candy Bar Blender, delicious! They even have pup cups for your furbabies. My furbaby was excited as the pup cups even contain a treat. Price was average for this area among other coffee shops. Service was quick and friendly. We will be stopping again and trying different items off the menu.

I’ve frequented Scooter’s since the moment they opened and go at least 1-2 times per week. The coffee is absolutely amazing. The staff is always friendly and service is timely. They are just great all the way around!

The coffee was actually really good!! A little pricey but it was worth it. They just built a brand new building so you know it's sqeaky Clean!! Staff was friendly we got our drinks pretty fast so our service was good. 5 stars!! It was delicious!! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

I biked to scooter's coffee I ordered a coffee and they gave me the coffee for free It was really good and when I offered the money as a tip they said keep it' but if you don't like coffee they have other stuff like hot cocoa and breakfast burgers' they have really nice people working there Overall a 10/10.
