We had a terrible subway incident with one of our employees in NYC. I wanted to send something very special to the special young lady who was released from the hospital and went home to her parents. I serendipitously connected with Blossom Florist and Events - and I must say I was overwhelmed by their customer service. I wanted something upscale and exotic. They had nothing in the store but offer to go our and buy flowers that were more in line with my ask. They offered to send photos of the flowers and make any modifications to make sure I was pleased - in all of the years I've been ordering flowers NO ONE has ever offered to go the market for me. And NO ONE has ever sent me photos and asked for my feedback to modify for my satisfaction. AND at 5:20 PM they offered to deliver them that night. I suggested that the next day would be OK, but they knew I preferred them on Friday. This too was unprecedented.

From caring about my choices, to ensuring I was happy, to delivering them outside of reasonable timelines - Blossom Florist was amazing.

Above all the recipient loved them - they were everything special and unique - much as I'd asked . . . and much as she is.

Last minute order for my mom! They were professional, quick, and did same day delivery. They hand delivered the flowers and went the extra mile to make sure my mom got it in perfect condition!!! Will definitely order from them again! 🩷

I called (from a different state) and asked for a "unique" flower arrangement - with balloons - be delivered to my daughter's work place on the same day. This florist was amazing! He sent a picture of the bouquet to me before delivery to make sure it was what I had in mind. It was gorgeous! The designer then called and told me why and what he picked. It was just so pretty. He didn't have exactly what I was looking for in balloons but worked with me and delivered both in a speedy and professional manner. I will definitely use this small shop again in the future. The friend who received the tulips on the 13th was ecstatic! The arrangement was delivered during lunchtime at her retirement home, and this 91 year old received much attention. Her friends now think she has a secret admirer! She says the flowers are beautiful!

Called just before closing to make sure I could do an online order for next day. Yes, even offered to take it over phone at that moment. Completed the online order for delivery with a special time frame request. Easy process and check out.
Flower arrangement arrived to location on schedule, and a picture sent to me was almost exact as what was on line. The Happy bday balloon was not delivered as pictured with the online choice, but the flowers were gorgeous and made up for a missing balloon which was not a big deal to me.

I recently was dealing with the sudden death of my mother. My sisters and I found a casket spray that we felt would honor our mother that included the flowers and colors that she loved. I ordered it through Teleflora. Two days before her service, the florist through Teleflora called me. I could barely understand the conversation because it sounded like she was calling from a beach or was in a car with the window rolled down. The wind noise made it difficult to hear…but what I did hear was that they wanted to put the casket spray that we ordered IN A VASE!!! When I told them no, that was not what I ordered and paid for, she said they could not fill the order and would cancel and refund. In a panic, I searched for a local florist. I happened upon Blossom Florist & Events. They had the exact spray that I had originally ordered! I noticed that they offered delivery but not in the city that I needed. I called to see if they could make the spray and I would pick it up. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and compassionate! He assured me that he could make the arrangement and he would even personally deliver it to the funeral home that was out of their service area. After placing my order online, he followed up with a phone call to go over the types of flowers and colors. He also called me after he was leaving the funeral home to let me know that the flowers were delivered. This florist went ABOVE and BEYOND!! I can not give enough praise for the professionalism and genuine care that this business displayed!! The flowers were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL….more beautiful than I imagined!! I will ALWAYS recommend Blossom Florist & Events for any and all floral needs!!

THE BEST BOUQUET I HAVE EVER SEEN!

I just wanted to say the biggest thank you ever for the flowers for Valentines Day. They were even better than I could have imagined. My bouquet was the best bouquet I have ever seen! And it is still gong strong and smells amazing. My office looked fantastic and all my coworkers and patients commented on all the colors of the flowers.

Came here on valentine's day at 6:45pm right before closing time. The owner welcomed me and made me a custom bouquet on the spot, even though he was busy organizing and delivering all of the valentine's day orders. I'm very appreciative. The bouquet looked great and was fairly priced for a valentine's day last minute order!

Did price comparisons (Get Well floral) - much cheaper. The florists personally called me to verify my order and delivery time - nice touch. Received call from deliver person since didn't appear anyone was home, raining, and asked if they still should leave it? (I said yes.) I mentioned the illness to the florist and he said he'd add a little something more. He seemed genuinely excited to talk with an actual person. Saw the pict with the recipient - and BOTH looked great. (Thanks for the extra touches in this difficult purchase.)

I love to support local small businesses and Blossom Florist is a good one. I wanted a small arrangement of assorted plants to give to my realtor as a thank you gift. Blossom Florist had a great selection of exactly what I was looking for and for only a few extra bucks, the florist even potted the arrangement in a ceramic pot and added a large, handmade bow.
