What an incredible shopping experience! I visited this store twice and each time was wonderful. Joe Parker was the sales associate that helped me navigate my large furniture purchases while remaining patient, friendly, and knowledgeable! I was a bit overwhelmed but Joe was extremely personable, not pushy and listened to my pickiest requests. I recommend this store in particular as Joe was fantastic but also the GM and his coworkers! This was the best experience I’ve had shopping at any store! Thank you for making this process so simple for me and my family!

Had a great experience shopping for our new home in North Raleigh furnishings in the store. The sales associate Cory was really helpful and knowledgeable on the product lines, production, and showroom options for each product displayed. He even helped us take apart a showroom-purchased shelving unit placed in our room in the making for furniture to fit into our vehicle to get it home in one trip vs. 2. Returned the next day to purchase dining table and console, same level of service from Cory. All Good!

Positively excellent service. We came with a no nonsense attitude, and Faith took care of us beautifully throughout the process. She smiled, stayed positive, showed interest, displayed empathy, and provided us with solid options that matched our interests. We recently lost everything in a fire, so our emotions were high, but she stayed calmed and handled us perfectly. By the end, she helped us make an excellent choice that matched our needs and wants. She also didn't push hard on all the salesy/financing stuff furniture store people are notorious for; she did her job, but respected our boundaries. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Faith, for all you did for us today.

I absolutely love the staff. Leann was super helpful in setting up my appointment and preparing options for us to view. We totally went off script and got a matching desk and bookcase. Afterward, I noticed it was lower online, so Sam gave me a price adjustment. Overall, I love the expertise and integrity, That is priceless!

Patrick was one of the most helpful salespeople I’ve had the pleasure of working with. My husband and I were looking for a couch with some very specific needs and dimensions. Patrick was very knowledgeable, patient, and spent the time answering our questions and listening to us visualize the couch in our space. We never felt pressured to buy, but felt supported with our concerns. And he helped us find the couch we’ve been envisioning! We were making an investment into our future and he understood the importance of the decision for us. We went in unsure if we would even leave with a sofa. We had a bad experience at the Ashley Furniture on Capital Blvd but this store went above and beyond to rectify the miscommunication of the other store to make sure that we were happy customers. Hubert Patrick was incredibly friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. He made sure that we got everything we needed and made the check out process easy.

I stopped by today looking for a reclining love seat and got to deal with Hubert.

He was informative across the board. He helped me understand the material, cleaning it, the construction, warranty, and everything else related to my purchase.

At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase. To say Hubert was helpful would be an understatement.

It may have taken us a number of visits before we committed and bought, but Patrick Bowen made it all so easy. We came in intending to browse and visit a few stores. Ashley Furniture Store was our first stop. We met Patrick within minutes of walking in. He wasn’t pushy or too much. He met us at our level but made it so professional. He gave us the rundown and left us alone for a bit. We circled the store and he met us at the front. He sat on the couch with us. He didn’t beg but asked us how he could get us to commit today. I loved that! He worked his magic. I was so invested in him as he was in us that I asked him to make the decision on which couch! Overall, we loved our experience. Stopped in today to purchase a dining set. Gregory met me at the door and greeted me upon entry. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. Because of his stellar customer service, I will also be purchasing a living room set. This is how you gain and retain good customers!

Wonderful experience shopping here for a new couch. Leann greeted us and explained the layout of different style sections and let us roam around with a few checkins. She made the purchase process easy and most importantly kept our little one entertained when he was getting restless due to nap time approaching. We were able to quickly purchase the couch we loved. The whole team was great to work with as we finalized our purchase. Will definitely buy here again!
