I went to this office yesterday for the first time, I called and made an appointment just the day before and they were able to see me the next day. The office was very nice and the lady at the front desk was very helpful I saw Kristen Brown who was super nice and listened very carefully and was able to treat me very fast although my condition was minor (heavy wax build up) she was able to clear the wax very quickly she also checked my throat and nose and prescribed medication for my mouth problems. Over all experience was great.

Dr Tran is the best sinus surgeon in the area! Very personal and goes in depth with explanations and makes you feel very comfortable. His staff is great and will do everything they can to accommodate you

Dr Tran fixed my deviated septum through surgery perfectly with no complications. You could barely even tell I had surgery, no insane packing after and a simple recovery.

Dr. Tran is so nice and so caring he is really trying to help me with my issues. I wish he was a primary doctor so I could see him regularly. The staff are so helpful and nice. Thank you Melissa for being so kind and helpful, it’s nice to see a smiling face at the front desk.

My son has been seen by Dr Caspary for several years. He is very clear on issues and concerns when communicating to us. Recently my son had an ear infection, so we stopped in without calling ahead. The team there was able to see him right away. Thankful for this group and the relief that my son received!

I can’t thank you enough for our visit today. The entire staff was fantastic! Angie really went the additional mile for Ellie as they checked out her bunny’s big ears together. Ellie had a good visit today. Thank you for running on time and for having such a clean facility.

Dr. Tran is amazing. He definitely knows what he's doing & very professional. Plus 1st dr since moving back here to FL who is very caring & concerned about his patients. Rest I have been to treat you like a number & some have been absolutely mean. I wish he could be my dr for everything going on with me. Thanks to his staff and especially him for being so great & treating me like I truly mattered for once!

Diana the NP was AWESOME. The staff were all wonderful. The woman who booked my son's appointment worked with my insurance company to get the referral fast. I called on Monday for my son to be a new patient and she scheduled our appointment for the next day. AMAZING. THANK YOU!!!!

Dr Caspary and his staff are wonderful !! he is a caring Dr listens to his patients . just had my thyroid surgery done by Dr Caspary surgery went great and I am very grateful to him and his team.

Dr. Caspary is very attentive to your needs and the description of symptoms. Also, the office staff is very efficient. I arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment, and was called back within 2 minutes of checking in. Barely had time to take a seat. Recommend them without reservation.

I've been a patient here under both Dr. Tran and Dr. Casbary and have been extremely happy with their attention to detail and care received. Since I've moved to Florida a few years ago, my seasonal allergies have been the worst they've ever been in my life. Dr. Caspary has evaluated my progress and after doing labwork, I determined I am allergic to certain plants and foods! I had no idea! I have been on several medications since, which work well to tame my symptoms during the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter haha.

Dr. Tran performed surgery on cysts I had in my head - he explained everything in detail before and during the procedure, and his follow-up was above and beyond, as I had lots of questions throughout.

The staff is always friendly and seems to know me by name now. I've developed a repertoire with a few of the front office folks which is a really nice touch, given that they probably have hundreds of patients. The facility is nice and I'm always seen really quickly. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Dr. Caspary's staff was kind, helpful and efficient. Check-in is rather typical of all medical offices involving intake paperwork but his is minimal. Check-out was completely painless with the office staff setting up my referral for testing after I left and a call later with the appointment time and date from the referring office.
Dr. Caspary is a caring, compassionate phsician who really listened to my reason for being there. He examined me and then explained what he believed was the most likely diagnosis and the testing that he would need to order to rule it in and other things out. He educated me, in simple terms about his working diagnosis. I would recommend him without reservation and actually made an appointment for my step mother before I left the office. I am so grateful that his group decided to open an office in Santa Rosa. Thank you Head & Neck Accociates of Bay County!

My 90 year old father has been a patient of this office several times. They have treated him with respect and care from the first moment we walked in. They gone above and beyond to help him. I highly recommend them all!!

Ms. Tatom is the best ENT I have ever seen! She's personable, thorough and understanding. The Office staff are awesome.
