I have the highest respect and admiration for Dr. Caspary. I have been Dr Caspary's patient for many years now and he has always treated me with respect and concern. I have rare conditions besides E.N.T. and it amazes me how Dr Caspary knows about all of them. I have been to many Dr.s over the years from Mayo, Oschner, Penn University, UAB and USF and i rank Dr. Caspary as one of the most friendly and knowledgeable of them all. It is very difficult to find a Dr like him and i feel very blessed . I cannot say this of other Dr.s in this area and I have been to most. Thank you Dr. Caspary

Hello, I had a positive experience with this doctors office when it came to professional side of things just not the results of it. The nurses did their job, the place was kept clean, the doctor himself was a nice guy. The audiologist always seemed a bit anxious and kind of impatient or didn’t necessarily seemed like he cared about my complaints for my 3 year old sons hearing. We’ve been seeing this doctor for a few years now since my son failed his newborn hearing screening. After every test we’ve done (usually 3-6 months apart) they couldn’t clarify if my son had hearing loss. But he did have fluid in his ears. So we were able to get tubes put in. After they fell out without any complications they tested him again and still wasn’t able to give me a yes/no if my son had hearing loss. It was going 2 1/2 years and I was starting to get a little frustrated with the lack of results. Not only that I told them that I wear hearing aids in both of my ears as well as my dad, his mother, aunt, and great great grandmother. So I knew there was something wrong because obviously it’s hereditary. And he wasn’t speaking at all and always using hand gestures to either show me what he wanted or to simply get my attention. I started going on play dates with kids around his age. And there was such a huge gap in his vocabulary/speech compared to the other kids. I also told the audiologist this as well. But they still didn’t do anything but tell me to come in if I needed to. Now mind you at the age of 3 kids should know up to 900 words, complete a sentence and point out some shapes, animals whenever you tell them to but that wasn’t the case with my son. So now that my son is 3 years old I said it’s time to put him in headstart and maybe they can assist me and be more aware of what’s going on as well. Well through the bay district schools child find screening program they told me that my son isn’t where he needs to be and sent me to the bay district school audiologist. Which is the same person I saw 20 years ago! So I was super excited because I knew she would remember me and she did and immediately after she tested my son using toy monkeys, boxes to throw them in when she say the word go(I had to practice with him for a week before the appointment.) and he did well whenever I would scream it but not quietly. So it just helped me even more to realize my kid really does have hearing loss and all these years my son is now having to play catch up because of the lack of his old audiologist due diligence. Back to the new audiologist she explained what my sons hearing decibels levels were (severe to profound), used more than one device to test his hearing and even gave him candy(m&ms) to kind of bribe him to stay focus and it worked. She referred me to Nemours in Pensacola to get more of an accurate reading and so that they can help him get hearings aids. And he is being put on an IEP, switched to Springfield ele school to receive speech therapy, an interpreter and an fm system to help him hear his teacher better through a microphone. His dad and I are overjoyed that our son is finally getting the help he needs. My husband has us on his tricare and we had to pay a copay every time I saw Dr casprys office. Now that my son is with bay district school we don’t pay anything. So I’m not sure if it was all a money thing or if the audiologist really didn’t know how to work with kids. I wouldn’t recommend this place for toddlers or infants. Take them straight to nemours after a newborn screening if they’ve failed because they specialize in kids with disabilities like that. I hope this helps someone. Hearing loss can severely messes with your child’s education, speech and simply being able to socialize with his peers or adults.

My recent visit to this doctor's office was a nightmare from start to finish. Not only did they fail to implement basic Covid safety measures, but the nurses were also incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the doctor I saw was shockingly rude and insulting. What's even more concerning is that I later learned that all of their staff were home with Covid, yet they continued to operate without informing patients of the risks. This level of negligence and disrespect for patient safety is utterly unacceptable. Avoid this place like the plague—literally.
