I love Style Encore! Taylor, the manager is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, helpful and professional. The store is always clean, organized and the Ladies always say "welcome in". They have fabulous clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry plus much more at affordable prices. Five stars across the board! Taylor - stay awesome! 😀

I’ve been taking my work clothes to a thrift shop. I decided to try selling to Style Encore. I didn’t get a lot of money for the clothes, but more than I would have if I just dropped them at a thrift shop. And, Taylor, the manager, is amazingly nice, helpful and professional!

I enjoy looking at the daily outfits & accessories that are posted online! I saw a beautiful dress that caught my eye- I spoke with Taylor & she took care of me! I received the dress extremely quickly! It was exactly as the picture showed and I was super impressed with the service/price/quality! I highly recommend Style Encore in Madison! Wonderful service and fantastic people!! The quality of items depicted is accurate and you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Taylor! You are fabulous & so is Style Encore!! Looking forward to shopping more! Great experience!

Absolutely love this store, it’s so organized, with great a selection for all your fashion needs. The quality of these pre loved items are exceptional, the staff is always amazing. The only thing I would suggest is introducing a layaway program with a deposit system for the more exclusive items.

Store is packed full of variety, so anticipate a long visit and plan ahead. It was our first visit, but Alecia and Karmen explained how the store worked, where everything was, fitting rooms, return policy, and even how some clothing was meant to fit. It was such a friendly experience, and a shame I couldn't see it all. I'll just have to stop by next time!

My only concern is the quality of some of the clothing, I think they probably go for less than that price in the original store. Just know what you're looking at and it's fine.

I didn’t sell much but anything was better than nothing at all, plus the girl was all by herself but very sweet and advised me that my things might work better at Plato’s Closet next door and she was correct, I sold more there. I did find a lot of things to buy though and it was very well organized! My only complaint is to the managers; you need to have more staff on a busy Friday instead of leaving one girl to run the whole store. Last Friday is when I went and the girl was very sweet and helpful and got my stuff processed a lot quicker than she originally told me she could and I bought several things too. Will definitely be back!

Kayla was an absolute joy! Everyone is great and kind! I brought in items and was explained the procedures clearly and understood the style limits and process for items accepted vs not! Great experience!

I was delighted to see a very reasonable rate for used Frye boots, sadly none were my size. They were especially cheap compared to Plato’s Closet. The staff was very friendly and they have a wide selection of clothing as well.

I come here when I want a boujee purchase. They have beautiful designer bags for a great price. Everyone is always so friendly.
