They have everything you could ever want or need in crafting items and home deco.

They have some of the best workers, so friendly and very helpful. They always have the best fabric and crafts. I was there the other day and they were super busy. But the cashier Sam (she's so nice) had a smile on her face and very friendly. She apologized to everyone about the wait time and thanked the customers for being patient. All while getting people checked out in a timely manner and still made you feel like you were an important customer. Just a great place to shop and the prices are topnotch. I love a good sale.

Staff was GREAT. Found everything I was looking for except 1 thing but have not found it anywhere so can't blame store. It's something VERY old fashion trying to recreate. Was able to use 2 coupons.

I had the most helpful employee ever, her name was Cassandra, she was so sweet and helpful! I wish every store had someone as sweet as her!

The lady that helped me with my fabric was very patient helping me figure out what I needed for my project. She was also personable and funny! I think her name was Tina? Dark hair and glasses... She’s awesome!
Multiple people on staff offered me help throughout the store. I guess I look like I need it with my two little ones in tow 🤣 Becky went above and beyond to help me correct a mistake I made at checkout. I can not say enough good things about the staff here!

This JoAnns Fabric store is very nice. The employees seem knowledgeable, and they are quick to help. I asked practically every employee for help, whether it was for item location, prices, or for advice on items to be used for certain crafts. Everyone that I spoke with seemed to happily help me. Delightful Christmas decorations and fabrics. New craft items are always inspiring me. Good selection of glues. Check out girl today had great attitude and super fast and efficient

Quick trip... Red heart yarn was what i went in there for. To find out the yarn was on sale.. Cheaper than walmart! 😆( no waiting in line). Smiling Cashier ( VERY USEFUL FRIENDLY ) offered to sign me up for the app. But, i said thank you I've ran out of time already. I'll make sure I do that Thank You.

Best selection for frabrics and materials around. The cashier was super friendly and I had a coupon, but she showed me the best coupons to use for my purchase! She really seemed to care about her customers.

Great service The product I really wanted was not on sale. The employee in the sewing dept. helped me find a coupon online to get the best discount possible.

Went there yesterday and they had senior discounts... was told the only way to get the discount was to be sent the coupon personally to your email... I bought over 500.00 worth of things their last Christmas. I will not be back... cashier was very rude and didn't want to help in any way...

This is my favorite place to shop. They have everything I need (except needle felting supplies, why). I love shopping with their weekly add and catering my craft projects to what’s on sale. As a painter, gardener, knitter, seamstress, jewler, and baker I have a one stop shop of ever changing resources in Jo-Ann’s. Their people are helpful and friendly too.

Love this store. I usually find more than what I'm looking fir and want..fabrics, so much to choose!!! When I'm returning home from MA I have to stop at Joann's. One of my happy places!

Great place to get ideas they have a wide range of fabrics and Notions their staff is very helpful there are many choices for stabilizers for fabrics for scissors for needles for the machine even sell some machines there are other little knick-knacks around that have a good craft session section and they have coupons all the time they will also accept competitors coupons as well you just have to show them at the counter I love Joann Fabrics that's why I gave him a 5-star rating.

Place is great, all though I wish there was more terrarium creation supplies. Mainly the glass terrarium cases. But they do have everything else ❤

My friend and I were getting fabrics for Christmas crafts recently and this one employee went above and beyond to be helpful and gave great advice. I will drive out to PCB anytime I need any fabric or craft items because of her friendliness... I live in Santa Rosa Beach.

If you are a crafter then is is the go to place for craft needs. Great sales and offers classes, also. Great customer service and always stocked. My must go to place at least twice a week. Love their long sales.

I love Joanne they always have everything I need and a lot of things I don't need but end up buying anyway. The only drawback to this store is they usually have one cashier and the line can get rather lengthy
