Staff was amazing. Young and doing it I love it. It’s good to see young people working instead of being out on these stress. Hats off to the owner very nice guy he educated me on the reason he hire kids to keep them doing something positive. Ice cream was amazing. Staff knowledgeable. Owner was very nice. Well trained staff keep it up. Definitely will be back

Been here a couple of times and the rolled ice cream is really good. The staff is young but they work hard. It was very busy this evening with several customers plus online orders. The workers maintained good attitudes and tried to get everyone taken care of as quickly as they could. Note: based on previous comments, it would probably help if the new owner had more of a presence in the store, especially on weekends when it tends to be quite busy.

First time trying this establishment, I definitely can say I will be returning. Staff was nice and friendly. The topping were fresh, including the rolled ice cream. 10 out of 10.

Love this little shop! I enjoy ordering their cookies for delivery. They always warm them up and they taste just like that came out of the oven - hot and fresh! I have tried their ice cream as well and it is OK. I might just be more of a cookie person. Definitely recommend the chocolate chip cookies.

Location is also clean and the employees are always friendly.

Amazing staff! We came in with 7 family members and then several other families came in behind us, so it was super busy! The staff went over the menu with everyone and answered questions. Plus they were getting doordash orders to make also...they did a great job!!!

We have been here few times already and great rolled ice cream and the service always on point. The staff are super cool and hard workers. They deserve a raise 🙌. My favorite rolled ice cream Nutella and strawberry 🍓🤤

There’s nothing like something sweet after a good meal. The ladies that are working today were wonderful. I love when people ask, “Have you been here before?”……and then they proceed to explain the process. That’s makes places a stand above the rest and to to it without attitude ❤….love it!!!! We had the mint chocolate and butter pecan. We asked questions and they answered us without hesitation. This experience was awesome, thanks so much we will return. Take the family out for this experience ❤❤.

It was so good! Customer service was great 👍 we were new customers and I wasn't sure how it worked. The people were really sweet and took the time to walk you through it. Absolutely loved the birthday cake and the namaste on the chocolate covered Strawberry waffle. Definitely, a new spot for me and the kids.

Got two waffles with ice cream and fixings to go. It was awesome. This place should be on everyones radar. They have hand rolled ice cream that is.made right in front of you. They has loads of toppings to choose from. Go check itnout. Get a cone, a cup, a waffle or a donut.

Not your ordinary ice cream shop. Sweet Charlie's offers a unique experience in that your order is prepared right in front of you on extreme cold slabs. then rolled up and holds its consistency for a good length of time. several choices of toppings and flavors. Will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely amazing! My girlfriend said she wanted rolled ice-cream but didn't know where to get it. When it comes to ice-cream I am extremely hesitant because I have a severe peanut/tree-nut allergy. 9/10 times I am not able to eat at most ice-cream shops because of cross-contamination etc. After looking up and discovering Sweet Charlies I simply gave them a call, and from the start I was reassured on how they take extra precautions when it comes to allergies such as mine. They stated how they use a different table top and clean spoons that haven't been used throughout the day yet. This was awesome for myself because I was able to confidently try rolled ice-cream for the first time with no worries in my head. If you have a peanut/tree-nut allergy and are worried about what icecream shops you can choose from, this is the one right here. On top of all that there icecream was amazing, we will definitely be back!

We have never been somewhere that did rolled ice cream so this was neat! We were a little confused and took a minute to realize you picked an "add in" to make the actual ice cream instead of like regular flavors but we figured it out lol the mango was super good! Employees were friendly and informative once we realized we had never been there. Even laughed at my dad's "dad jokes" lol will be back when we visit Huntsville!

6/21/2023 once again you all sent raw peanut butter sugar cookies and mm. This is the third time you all sent these cookies. I can’t stress it enough that someone can seriously get very sick. They are in deed raw undercooked it is not the dough

Looking for a place to go out with my daughter and we hit this place… Yum! The girl who helped us was so nice, and the treats were really good!

The ice cream here is so fresh and good! The place is always clean and the staff is always really nice. I would like to mention, Greg, who was working when we came in tonight. He was training another young man and they got extremely busy. Greg kept his cool the entire time and remained extremely nice to the customers, as well as the young man he was training. He hustled to make sure everyone got their orders in a timely manner. He said hello and good-bye to people coming in and out, and he just had an extremely positive attitude despite getting extremely busy. We need more amazing customer service everywhere like Greg gives to his customers.

What a wonderful find!! Gentleman that owned it was there and he was amazingly helpful in picking out the right flavor. So fun to watch him!
