Three Scoops

Good selection of flavors, very clean. Extremely nice employees working. I think a bit overpriced on the larger volumes of ice cream. I bought a 16oz container for $10 took it home to serve 2 people, this was 6 scoops of ice cream. It was so soft, when served it barely made 2 servings. The flavor was good. Would go back but not purchase in volume again, it's not cost effective. Good for a single cone or serving. Another customer bought a shake, that looked really good. Diverse menu of different dessert combinations they could make.

my friends & stopped by earlier this evening, we were helped by the very kind Vanessa & Bryan. the service was prompt, the staff were polite & friendly & created a very welcoming atmosphere, & the ice cream was delicious as always. (I got the Eyes Wide Open, it was truly decadent). I always enjoy getting ice cream here, & today's positive experience was plenty reinforcement to keep coming back!

We love Three Scoops! Very clean, super fast service, and great selection of choices. I was with a group of 7 and there were some other families in as well, and we all had our ice cream so quick. Bryan and Vanessa were awesome and even though we were super indecisive and kept letting other people go in front of us in line so we didn’t hold things up, they still talked to us and checked in until we had all figured out what we wanted. This is our new go-to spot for ice cream!

Got a dulce de leche milkshake which was ok. I got a size small but my cup was big which isn’t bad but you’ll still get a lot for a size small which is good. Spent $10. Customer service was good, shop was nice and quiet wasn’t busy and backed up. You will always struggle for parking at this location doe it is so many people going to the seafood buffet next to the ice cream shop. Super annoying.

Once again this place is by far, the best place for ice cream. They are open later than most, and customer service is always great even when busy!!

This place has been consistently good. The flavors and quality is well made with most of the ice cream typically having a rich smooth taste. I'm a big chocolate person and enjoy the ones they offer (usually get it in a large shake). They have (I think) about 20-30 flavors. My son loves coming here and the staffs always been great. We had Peyton serve us today and was really patient with helping my son pick just the flavors he wanted and allowed him to try what ever he thought he wanted. Great location, always clean and tastes great.

I’ve been coming here for delicious ice cream since my freshman year (2019). The best ice cream in town 😋 (my fav is C is for cookie).

It's yogurt ice cream. The flavors are unique. The coffee flavored one is amazing! It was pretty busy when we went. Staff was younger kids. They were very polite.

The white interior makes it obvious how clean the place is kept. The ice cream variety alone has an abundance of choices for young and old alike, including at least 3 vegan options (sorbet). I got the dulce de lece in a chocolate peanut waffle cone and was blown away by not only the freshness of the cone but the chocolate and peanuts as well. I was skeptical when my partner ordered a scoop of mint tracks topped with pistachio but luckily I had to "help out" and was amazed at not only the robust pistachio flavour but also how well pistachio and mint paired.

Decent topping selection, includes peanuts.

I didn't try the hot Mexican chocolate but I noticed that the marshmallow used in it was made with fish gelatin.

Great ice cream, decent price. We enjoyed it. The special praline is to die for. Clean and inviting. Not too cold like some ice cream shops. Would come back here.

We had 3 scoops out for an event at our business in Decatur. The gentlemen were super friendly, efficient and neat. The ice cream was amazing. I would give them a 10/10 and will totally be using them again!!!

Fun little place with a good selection of ice cream, cookies, and other desserts. The kids loved the place and the captain chocolate was awesome! Will definately go back again!

One of our favorite places to get ice cream, even throughout winter. The only qualm I have, is you can’t leave tips on your card. A cash only tip system doesn’t work these days, especially with most folks not carrying cash. We almost always have a wonderful woman named Lauren serve us and she, along with other workers, deserve their tips!

The experience of getting a couple of scoops of fresh ice cream is heightened by the excellent customer service. The customer service reminds me so much of when I was little kid when everyone was polite! My favorite person at the University location is Peyton, I’ve watched her handle big crowds without even blinking and serving with a smile. Customer service makes a difference - she adds to the great reputation!

My first time visit was AMAZING!! Cheyenne was very helpful for my first visit. She was so polite. She welcomed me when I walked into the store, which I find very important to do, gave me samples of the ones I wanted to try & gave me a good scoop of ice cream! The ice cream itself was SO tasty! I will definitely be back again for more! 5 stars!♡
