The folks are awesome! If you don't mind some scratch and dented items and just need them to function as they should, while saving you real percentages of savings, this is the place to go. We saved a ton of money from here. Worth a look before you spend more than you want. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I stopped in to see what was in the store. They primarily focused on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, grills, and some sinks. They have other things, but the list I just mentioned is what I saw the most. The prices were great!!! I did not need anything in this store, but if I do, I will definitely check here first.

You never know what is available, but all of the employees are always able to help you locate what you were looking for. If they don’t have it, they will lead you in the right direction..

It was an adventure! You didn't know what you would find, so I enjoyed the search. We purchased a griddle on a stand, think Blackstone but not that brand. Great price.

We got an outstanding deal on a great counter-depth fridge. It was $2200, marked down to $550. There are a whole lot of appliances, so be prepared to do some serious looking around the store before choosing.

Everyone there is very helpful. While there are scratch and dent models, there are also many discontinued models, overstocks and returns for reasons other than damage. We purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Very happy with our purchase. Will definitely shop there again.

If you need appliances....this is the place to go!! Great prices, variety of brands and take it home with you!!!

They have appliances that have been returned or refused before being used. Maybe a dent, it didn't fit into the space or a scratch. They are marked with discounted prices. They deliver for a fee, and you can use your Lowe's card the same as the regular Lowe's.

Appliances 50% off? Yes please! Not many dishwashers but the selection of Refrigerators was amazing:) Who knew they had wood grain interiors?

What a selection! If you want to get a great price on scratch and dent items, this is the place to go. There were hundreds of refrigerators, stoves, grills, washer/dryers, etc. To choose from. There were so many options it was hard to pick the winner.

They were also run like a well oiled machine. We were greeted right away and employees were ready to help if/when needed without chasing you around. Once we made our selection, they had us checked out, loaded, and on our way in Olympic record time.

I highly recommend this place. It is so worth the drive.

Great finds! We purchased an LG washer/dryer set a few months back and have not had any trouble with them. They work amazingly!

The reviews about the loading zone are just silly! We bought two Refrigerators for what one cost. I had been eyeing a particular Samsung but wasn’t willing to pay the 3400 for it. Our LG stopped working (we had TWO of the same LG models and BOTH quit) so we went first thing to the Lowe’s Outlet. Every price was more than fair! We grabbed a little dorm fridge for the patio (beer fridge) and the Samsung I have been wanting and paid less than 2400 for both! Military discount won’t work as they are very discounted. The dishwasher and dryer prices were awesome! I spent 200 on a used dryer and they hd new ones for 500. The items are scratch and dent but come with all manufacturers warranty.

Stopped by looking for a microwave found a great one of brand for $350. Charles helped me and was very professional, answered questions and even googled it on his phone to show me details since the item was still in the box. I was very pleased but the cashier was not as helpful when answering my questions or asking me questions. Charles you rock and thank you because of you I have shared with my friends to come there before shopping elsewhere.

They have a good selection of items at a deep discount. Yes selection may be limited, but that’s the purpose of an outlet. Good prices and very helpful loading items into your vehicle. They are popular so it’s busy up front, but not a big deal. Not sure why the low reviews. Check it out.

Love my Refrigerator from lowes outlet!! The only thing that I can say is the bottom ice maker wasn’t in it !! That took some time to try to find one !! Even The Lowes here n Athens kept telling us they had one we ordered it took about 2 weeks to come in and it was still wasn’t the one for our refrigerator (bottom ice maker)
We went to a local repair shop that deals with this type stuff the lady found it in one of her books it was a little more than i expected but got it anyway’s and it works like a champ!!

It's a hit and miss but we have had great finds here. People are very helpful!
