Staff has been very friendly and helpful the few times I've visited, and they very quickly got my gas turned back on. Great experiences with them

Ok.. But needs to be able tp do tasks online.

Bad. I set up auto pay after paying my first bill in January. 7 days after my February due date, I find a sign on my door saying they turned off my gas for non-payment (with no advance notice). I go online and confirm auto-pay was turned on and active starting February. I call them and they demand 250 dollars to turn on my heat. Instead of listening to my side, they keep repeating themselves and not using any kind of human decency and empathy.

They get away with this because they are the only option for gas in the area. So either I freeze in my house, or I suck it up and pay them the reactivation fee despite this whole issue easily avoided if their system actually worked.

Tore up my yard. No phone call. No advanced warning. All they did was leave a little door hanger after they left. They apparently left the gas completely shut off. It is the middle of winter. I get home after a long day of work and we have no working stove, oven, hot water, or heat. I have a two year old. I call the emergency number on the card and they tell me someone will call me back... Still no call back. It's 8:30 PM.

Monopolies are the worst. I suppose my only recourse is to leave a negative review that will convince no one of anything because you literally only have one choice for gas in this neighborhood. Shame on you all. Come fix what you broke.
