The Milford Post Office is deserving of a five-star rating in my book. The staff consistently provides excellent service with a friendly and helpful attitude. The efficiency and organization here ensure that postal transactions are handled promptly. The facility is well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for customers. Whether it's sending mail or handling other postal needs, the Milford Post Office stands out for its reliability and customer-centric approach. A top-notch establishment that earns my highest recommendation with five stars.

By far the best post office I have ever been too. I ship a lot of packages and have gone to several around me. Milford post office isn't as convenient as others to me, but the staff there are so friendly, they take their time with you and make me feel valued as a customer. If there is a long line, it's worth the wait. People are probably flocking from the other post offices to this one :)

Today we had several packages to ship for Christmas and no interest in dealing with the grumpiness typically encountered at the Loveland P.O., particularly when it is so busy and the grumpiness was likely to be on steroids. Instead we went to Milford and the ladies there were wonderful. It would be easy to be in a 'bah-humbug' mood working at the post office this time of year, what with the long lines, impatient people and so on. We made mention how refreshing it was to encounter someone working at the P.O. that could actually laugh and smile. Oh, and the terminal went down mid-transaction, so she asked us about our family (even though we had never met before) to pass the time while the system rebooted. Wow.

Karen K. is the best!! She was so helpful with my boyfriend's passport application, and even finished processing it after normal hours because we had to run and get a renewed license. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

This is a great post office. A+ service. Humane. Empathetic. Professional. A showcase of what a post office can be. I have never had poor service here. They even answer their phone on the first ring. I was given excellent customer service over the phone today. At 5:15pm. On a Friday.
Enough said.

My 5 year old helps me on my frequent trips to the post office. He asks daily if we are going to the post office because he knows he might get candy from the friendly staff 😂

12:30p on a Wednesday-- fastest and most pleasant USPS experience I ever had. Self service was down but they were actively working on it and had three people speeding everyone through the line.

I've seen the staff put up with some SERIOUS Jerks, (One guy went ballistic because they were out of collector stamps,.. like they can control the fact that someone else just bought a LOT of stamps earlier).

I use this post office regularly and I've never had a negative experience, always a lunch rush, but that's any post office.

I ship a lot of things for eBay. This location is always quick and easy and helpful. Been regular for years and I always enjoy the staff and never had an issue or seen anyone else have an issue.

I am sorry others have has such problems but they were always great for me, especially inside. In fact, now that we moved to another town, they have been great intercepting a few packages that we incorrectly sent to the old address.

Service here is always friendly and efficient. Never had a problem. Our delivery person is great too. Louie, on the other hand, I could live without. ;-)
