Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and kept me updated throughout the process. My car looks like new again. The service was not only exceptional- their time management was A+.

They all did what they said they would do. The daily updates were great. Everyone was very nice and respectful. You all did a wonderful job, thank you! Hopefully, I won't have someone back into me again. But if the did, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision!!!!!

I would absolutely use Caliber again. My car was involved in a hit & run. I was able to start and complete my claim through Allstate app. It was so easy. Through the app, I was able to add my rental car, and book Caliber. They were ready for me at my appt. time and the rental was already there so I didn't have to hassle any friends to drive me there and back. Everyone was super nice and professional. My car looks great, and is cleaner (inside & out) than when it went in.

When I read the reviews of Caliber Collision Milford, I thought that they were too good to be true, but after having my car repaired there, I discovered for myself that they were accurate.

My thanks to the collision-repair technicians who made my 10-year-old Honda look like new, to Brittany, the service advisor who kept me informed and went out of her way to accommodate my needs, and to Shawna for her warm welcome and efficiency in handling nuts-and-bolts issues (like arranging for a loaner car).

I had used them a few time for bodywork. Each and every time they have been excellent to work with. They keep you update on everything. Brittany who was the person giving me all the updates was very sweet and just amazing to work with. The body work is also great! My car looked so good after they were done with it. Everyone was so nice that I talk to. I would definitely recommend then to anyone!

The people in the repair shop did a magnificent job in restoring my car back to its original condition! They completed the work ahead of schedule. I am a repeat customer at Caliber. First was for hail damage. This time was for a dent and paint repair. Thier workmanship is second to none. Both vehicles looked like new. They pay attention to detail and even clean your vehicle before they give it back. All along, they keep you very informed about how things are going. Professional shop all around. Caliber service is top notch. They are very conscientious in their repairs and part order/replacements. If they receive any new part that is off specs, they return it rather than attempt to repair or adjust it to fit. They do it right. Nice results!

I've only had one experience with a damaged vehicle prior to using Caliber Collision. That experience was horrible so this time I chose Caliber based on their reviews. I'm so glad I did. They made the experience about as painless as can be. We hit a deer on a Friday morning. The car was towed to Caliber that afternoon. By Monday, they had a quote done and submitted to insurance. Parts were also ordered. Parts were delivered, car was fixed and painted, all within 2 weeks. I'm just incredibly impressed with how simple the process was and the communication was fantastic as well. The work seems top notch and they even detailed the interior of the car which is just so far above and beyond expectations. Well done Caliber!
