Tatiana is incredible! What a wonderful ambassador for your institution! Very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I had just lost my wife to cancer and am going through a lot. Tatiana was not only warm and calming, but suggested a few updates and perks to my account I had not even thought about! She even called me after I had left to help me out even further! That level of service is almost unheard of these days and is quite refreshing. Her branch is the farthest away of the three in my area, but from now on, I plan on driving the extra miles to her location. You should be very proud to have her on staff!

Kimberly Christmas was absolutely WONDERFUL! I was nervous going in to open a bank account by myself but she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She explained everything in detail to make sure I understood everything being said. I highly appreciate her! I will most definitely keep coming to this specific Regions just for her!

Our representative Keandra was absolutely amazing. I usually have terrible experiences with banking reps but she was courteous and extremely knowledgeable and turned my whole day around! Thanks Keandra, and I'll let you know how the party goes! 10/10

We had a good experience here with John Yatsko signing some mortgage paperwork on a busy Friday afternoon. He gave us plenty of time to read everything ourselves, answered all our questions, and printed out some extra documentation for us no problem.

I cant say enough about this bank. I've only been here twice and they have been so helpful and pleasant. I've got one just 2min away from my house but they always give me a hard time. I come here and its totally different, I'll drive 12 mins away with no problem. Thanks for being so nice, polite, and extremely helpful. I think this my new location.

Good place to bank at

Went to cash a check with someone who didn’t have an account with Regions and the check was from a bank with no branches locally. The lady at the desk is very rude, creates some kind of profile for us without asking us if it’s okay, makes us wait for about 20 minutes, and then tells us we didn’t get approved and she won’t give us money. She refuses to give us any explanation about why we “didn’t get approved” and sends us on our way. I have an account with Regions and typically don’t use this location. The location I go to is full of polite people who have never given me this type of problem. Will not be returning again.

Good luck getting someone on the phone. Just spent 50 minutes on hold because they don't have direct numbers listed for their branches. When I did get a person on the phone, they said they didn't have time for me and sent me back to que to hold again.

Deserves no stars.
