Premier Bank of the South Madison

I have had 1 account with Premier for years, & recently moved my business account over there. They have the highest customer service possible, I have never had there a confirmed remote deposit not be deposited (as I have at another bank). They call you if you have a check bounce; who does that? Premier does. They know you by name; I don’t know any other bank that does that. They set up your account & have it up & running the same day. I recommend them with the highest regard.

I have dealt with a ton of banks, but none have been so inviting, helpful and smooth to deal with as this bank. The employees here are the absolute best, I used them for one of my businesses and now they have all of them and a customer for life. Their rates for loans are incredibly competitive and they’re just so easy to deal with. I cannot recommend the branch here high enough.

Premier Bank of the South is like banking is supposed to be. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I have both my business account and personal accounts here. I am so happy with how they conduct business. Decisions are based on alot more than just numbers, they get to know the account holders as people.

A nice hometown bank in Madison. The people there make banking personal. And that's is why I continue to go there. They know and remember me. Banking isn't as cold as it is a RSFC and I can get in and out quickly. They always take them time to answer my questions with a smile and I get that down home feeling. Love these folks.
