Went in today to get a credit card
Staff C. Brown answered all my questions with all professionalism and politeness
Some of the staff even overstayed bank time to get my work done
Was utterly pleased by their sense of professionalism
Completely changed my perspective in regards to other comments here
Would definitely recommend Sullivan street branch ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Customer service has gotten increasingly better, since they moved buildings. Associates helped do everything they could to secure a low interest loan on a much needed car at the time

ATM would not accept a check for deposit. As a result, I had to go inside and the teller was fast and friendly and filled out the deposit slip for me.

Transaction went smoothly. They sent me out a deposit slip quickly to fill out myself since I did not have any with me. Super friendly and with the line of customers all coming in at lunchtime I was not in line for as long as I thought I would.

The workers are always so very helpful and friendly. But they are SLOW AS MOLASSES! the management must be trying to save money but keeping low staff. There’s no reason I should be sitting in the drive thru for 20mins to deposit a check and NOBODY was in line when I pulled up

Been banking with PNC for years. My husband has good credit, but was denied for a personal loan. I rather go to a credit union where they value their customers.

If I could give zero stars I totally would. My wallet had been stolen last week reported my card lost and stolen. Had another one on the way, but had an emergency and needed to get access to my account immediately they refused me access because I didn’t have all documents they needed even though what I did have for verification matched all information on my account. Thankfully, the Decatur Beltline branch took everything I had to verify me got me verified and did exactly what I needed, which was give me access to my account. Do not recommend the Sullivan branch.

Have had nothing but issues with PNC. We deposited a check and they have withheld the funds with no explanation and said they’d be available in a few days if “nothing else happens”. After we were told the day before they told us the funds would be available at the end of the day. They say things to try to make the customer think they’re helping just enough and then it stops being their problem

Terrible service! I am banking at compass bank long time ago, now BBVA is horrible service, staffs are careless . Sent in deposit from drive through, there are 3 of $100 dollars bill and 2 of $50 dollars total $400 , asked them to deposit to my savings by written paper After waiting for 10 minutes, recipe sent back to me only $300 dollars, and deposit to my checking, I questioned about that , they I have to come back or come in side , they need to count their money, waiting for another 20mins , and they lady hands $100 dollars bill with out say sorry, very very disappointed, will come back today close my ac ASAP, can’t do banking with this bad service

I went here to wire funds and the banker, who was busy trying to sell me a home interest loan, wired to the wrong account number. No apologies or anything. When I asked if they would remove their own fees that they charged me for the transaction he basically just said I should have caught the mistake. I have to pay fees for you to make a sales pitch and wire my money to the wrong place?? I'm currently shopping for a home loan, but I wouldn't borrow ten dollars from this bank after the service I've seen.

ATM does not work. I wandered why such a low rating. No big secret. Piss poor management shows from a mile away. Heres my 1 star to add to the mix

I was thinking about changing my bank from this bank , just thru my experience with them ...after reading these reviews...I'm Definitely going to be changing Banks now,,,!!!

this has to be the worst bank with the worst customer service and least amount of compassion out of any bank that I have ever dealt with or heard of I would steer clear of this bank if you are looking to get a new account look elsewhere don'tdon't say I didn't warn you
