Innova Primary Care

Such a pleasant team and I felt my visits were effective and time efficient. I know physicians have a packed and busy day but I never felt rushed or dismissed. Love this office. It’s modern not your usual home doc office esthetic. But a great primary care team !

Recently changed to Innova after my Dr quit accepting patients under 65. I am thoroughly impressed with ALL aspects of this office- Dr.Staples and Chase Fortune are so thorough ,very easy to talk to, wait times are minimum, staff is professional and friendly. Definitely will share their details with a gold stamp approval!!!

By far the best doctors, nurse practitioners, and care team I’ve ever been seen by. I’ve felt very heard and listened to in all the medical issues I’ve shared. I would recommend them unequivocally. Also their app/website is great for seeing visit summaries and all your medical info together.

Excellent visit with Dr Donahue at Innova Primary Care! Office was clean, efficient, and I definitely appreciated that they ran ran on time. It has also been very easy to communicate through portal. Would certainly recommend for your primary care needs!

I just had my first wellness visit at Innova with CRNP Michelle Baggett, and had a really good experience! She and the other staff that worked with me were all knowledgeable, polite, and efficient, and Michelle really listened and interacted with me as an individual, not just an appointment. As a bonus, they have the nicest and most comfortable waiting area I’ve ever seen at a doctor’s office. I would recommend them for your primary care needs!

The doctors and nurses are all very kind and thorough. I don't feel rushed at all when I go in for an appointment. And the building is so clean and modern. I especially appreciate that they have an app so I don't have to call if I have just a simple question or concern.

This was my 1st doctor's visit in many years. I was a little nervous. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt a sense of calm. Everyone was so friendly. I truly believe I am going to love this place. My nurse practitioner was amazing. Looking forward to getting myself healthy again.

Former coworker referred me to Innova and I'm very satisfied with my first visit. The lobby is spacious, the rooms are clean and aren't cluttered with the typical info-brochures and posters. The care team seemed to run like a well-oiled machine and each took the time to introduce themselves to me.
Nurses, Doctor and phlebotomists all represented Innova very well.

Absolutely love this place. The only thing I don't like which is personal preference is the automated check in. That's a me thing, not a them thing.
Once in back, I have always been treated well and never feel I can't question them or even disagree.
Super friendly people! Easy to talk too.

Not only is this place gorgeous, but it's wonderful clean with delightful staff. I'm currently in the care of Chase Fortune, CRNP, and Dr Staples. They truly listened to my concerns and then talked me through the next steps of my care plan. If I had had care providers like this in the past, I might have gotten care sooner.

I’m almost afraid to tell anyone how fantastic Innova is for medical care. I know when word gets out it will be hard to get an appointment. But, alas, I will share my wealth. We saw Dr. Heath Donahue. He is bright, patient, very knowledgable and great sense of humor.

Still trying to figure Innova out. They take their time with you. Receptionist, nurses, nurse practicianers and doctors all are very polite and friendly. I see the NP and doctor every visit. The place is super clean in the lobby, bathrooms and examination rooms. They are definitely doing things different than other places in a exceptional way. I just keeping saying wow each visit.

Never has my mom received such detailed care! Innova goes above and beyond from the staff who greets you to the MA’s, lab techs, nurses (Melissa is phenomenal) and especially our practitioner Kristin! We are blessed to be a part of the Innova family!

I am so very thankful for finding this place....I had not had a primary care doctor since moving to Alabama 2 years ago....but I do now!!!! Dr. Staples was amazing and genuinely seems to care about my concerns as a patient!! Innova is very punctual and I have not sat in the room waiting for someone to come in for longer than 5 minutes each time. #grateful!!!!

I can't say enough great things about Innova! Everyone is so kind and professional from the time you check in until you leave. Everything is so thought out and I appreciate that. They take the time to listen and they care.

Innova Primary Care was a very comfortable environment to be in. Everyone who came in the room was very nice and helpful! I saw Madison and she was extremely nice and answered all the questions I had!

Great experience!! Chasity Fortune and Dr. Staples were great!! I get nervous going to doctor's visit's, but they made me feel at ease and were amazing!! All the office staff were great as well!!!

Innova staff members are absolutely Amazing. They definitely care about their patients. The facility is neat and clean.

I have only been here a couple of times but absolutely love it. Everybody is so nice and caring, the office is alway clean and not crowded. They offer refreshments and easy to sing in for your appointment. Best family doctor office I have ever seen, if I could give 10 stars I would.
