The staff is friendly and the doctor is friendly. He listens to your medical concerns and will send you to specialist when needed. However, a lot of errors are made at this office. Recently I was there for a sinus infection, the receptionist asked had I been vaccinated I answered, then she asked for the card and said it wasn't in the computer. The other receptionist pointed out that it was in the computer. I had shared this info with the doctor in June. The doctor was out of town in December and they do not have a nurse practitioner so my next 6 month check up is coming up and I was not given lab orders in June for December as usual so I called. The receptionist said she had access to the doctor and would fax the orders over. I requested the orders for myself and my husband. When we arrived at the lab for our appointment mine was there but my husband's was not. On this same call I request refills for two meds that was going to be out because of the doctor being out of town during the time we should have gone back for the December visit. The meds were called in to the Pharmacy but one was not what I previously had so I questioned it. Was given two excuses which neither was correct & was verified by the Pharmacist. The receptionist put somone on the phone to talk with me and that person tells me to just take it and if anything happens let her know. Wrong answer. I thought this was awful to say to someone concerned about her meds being there was a previous recall on this medicine and all the side effects that medicine have.

So I had my appointment on the 31st and the doctor insisted the medication was not incorrect. Anything can be changed in a computer. I didn't accuse them nor the pharmacy before asking them both. The doctor office is the one that insisted & still is insisting that I am incorrect and the pharmacy is incorrect. I know the ER medicine was on recall and was changed to regular. I know the shape of the medicine I had been taking prior to the recent refill. How do I know this, glad you asked, I was taking it!

I have been a patient for a while. The office manager is so rude and unprofessional, she hung the phone up in my face with no closing statement. With the attitude she has will run off a lot of patients for Dr. Idowu. I called back to report her, she answered so I asked could I speak with someone else.. she replied “
I’m the only one that makes decisions in this office it’s no one else you can talk to”. You’re dealing with people on a daily basis for their health and you’re rude . Just sickening!

Dr. Idowu turned me into an alcoholic because he would not prescribe me anything for my trembling or for my neuropathy. He always wants to refer to several other doctors.
