Family Practice of Madison

I have been a patient at the Family Practice of Madison for 16 years. I have always received excellent, professional care from Dr. Rawls and her staff.

Any time I called for an appointment, I've been able to be seen the same or the following day. All refill requests have been processed within one day. I appreciate how the practice does not "nickel and dime" me for some of their services. When I needed to be evaluated by a specialist(s), she always referred me to the best practitioners.

Overall, I highly recommend the Family Practice of Madison to anyone looking for a quality medical practice.

Excellent Staff! My entire family uses The Family Practice of Madison for Tests, Exams, Immunizations, etc. They have a very caring and knowledgeable staff as well as an onsite lab. They are very thorough with their follow-up whether they are treating their patients in-house or when they have referred the patient to a Specialist. The Nurses and Nurse Practitioners are excellent and Dr Rawls is very thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Their office staff is so kind and very helpful. This has been my family doctor for 16 years and my husband’s doctor for almost 30 years. I have had a few health scares and appreciate the caring attitude that I have received from the entire staff.

I have been seeing her for twenty years and she is stern but she is good and if you need to be admitted to the hospital and to see others doctors she can get you in quick.She is very professional but they only give you medication if the test come back and you need it.They won’t give it to you because you ask.They have to find something wrong with you.

Dr. Rawls and her Staff are the absolute best! She has been my Doctor since right after I moved to Madison and I just love Dr. Rawls and everyone who works there. They've all been so good to me!

This practice is staffed with a caring and knowledgeable team. They offer their own lab and x-ray equipment, eliminating the need to schedule appointments in multiple locations. They are quick to respond to phone calls, updates concerning prior visits and prescription refills.

Family practice of Madison is amazing! Any person that you see there is caring and has the patient’s best interest at heart. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Rawls is great...very thorough physician who is easy to talk to. Her nurse was sweet and quick.

Staff are great most of the time. The referral department is seem to overworked sometime. So, make sure to check if your referral went through for your own sake.

Everyone is always friendly and caring. Bobbie Jo takes time to listen and does not rush me.
