Custom Family Care, Family Medicine and After Hours Urgent Care

Dr. Ivan is a great family doctor he cares for our entire family from my four-year-old (urgent care) to my father (primary care) with multiple health complications. I appreciate the ease of scheduling apartments, friendly staff, and convenient location.

Everyone I interacted with was phenomenal. The young lady up front and the nurse who took my vital signs were both caring, courteous, and quick which when you are unwell is very much appreciated. I wish I could remember their names to thank them personally. As for Nurse Practitioner Dawn she’s so compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely invested in making you well again. She went above and beyond today. I couldn’t have asked for better care. She embodies everything the medical profession should strive to be. A big thanks to all the ladies who helped me today.

I had to take my father to urgent care last night. The staff was amazing. They got us right back, Lashawn was fantastic working his vitals and doing additional tests, and Nurse Practitioner Dawn was phenomenal. They were able to efficient determine his underlying issue and get him stable and feeling better within a few minutes. Additionally, he is returning with them as his primary care in the future. We really appreciated their care!

I broke my wrist at 7:30 at night but didn't realize it was actually broken. I called local urgent care clinics near me and Custom Family Care was the only one that made me feel like they wanted me to come in. When we went, they were professional and didn't leave me waiting for hours. The receptionist and technician (?) who took my vitals, etc were incredibly personable and professional as was everyone I met there. The Nurse Practitioner who saw me was accurate, on point and fully explained everything. Not only was the experience that night wonderful but they followed up with me INCREDIBLY quick and made sure I received the tests and evaluations needed to fully diagnose my injury. I cannot say enough how AMAZING the experience going there was. So much so, that I've recently learned they also do family medicine and my husband and I will be using them for our personal physicians! I HIGHLY recommend them over any other urgent care facility!

WOW! I really have no words. I am beyond grateful to Ms. Dawn. I came in as a new patient to establish care after A terrible experience with Crestwood. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She is kind, caring, understanding, and willing to help get my medical conditions under control that are of concern. Just having moved to Alabama it’s been hard for me to feel at home with finding a medical professional that will treat me like I’m a patient and not a number. I feel like family. I am excited to continue my care with Dawn, knowing she will go above and beyond to help me. The PTSD I experienced from one appointment with one doctor intimidated me from wanting to see someone else. I’m floored with thanks and appreciation.

Really enjoyed Dr. P and staff. We moved to him as our primary care provider.
What I like most is his belief is supporting lifestyle changes to control your health. I have been on a keto diet and fasting for years.
Dr, P not only supports this, He also uses it in his daily life as well.
If you don't want a pill pusher but a real doctor. See him.

Wonderful office! All of the staff are incredibly nice and understanding. Too many doctor's offices treat patients like an inconvenience, but not here! Here, you are a person to be cared for, not a problem to be solved.

This has been my primary care and my choice for urgent care for a few months now. All the staff and providers are polite. I feel heard and seen when I go for illness and routine care. I'm always seen in a timely manner. Everything is explained to me clearly. My concerns are taken seriously. I'm confident that I'm getting good medical care here.

Great experience—I needed urgent care and thought being seen just before Christmas would be near impossible. Thanks to Custom Family Care, I was wrong! I was seen and received individual care immediately. The entire staff was so nice—Peyton is precious and was helpful from the moment I arrived! Highly recommend!

I had been to the ER 3 times for a medical issue and I felt like no one was listening to me because my issue was not getting resolved. I went in one night after not knowing what else to do and the receptionist, medical assistant, and NP were all fantastic at helping me. After a week of not feeling like something was right with my body, I was scared and didn’t know what to do. They all calmed me down, listened to me, and gave me a treatment plan that helped me feel back to myself by the next day. I am forever thankful for those three and couldn’t recommend this place enough! I also went in thirty minutes before they closed and they never made me feel like I was a burden. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!!!

I have finally found a family doctor(Dawn Morris, FNP-C.). She’s so sweet and professional not just that but the entire staff(Peyton and Bobby)! So impressed by our visit to Custom Family Care. My son saw Dawn Morris, CRNP. We did not have a wait at all, the staff was very professional and efficient. The care provided by Dawn was outstanding. She answered every question I had and was very attentive. This will be our new family doctor after our visit today.

Took my daughter in for heart pains and pain down left arm. Dr. Pivovarov checked her out thoroughly. Oxygen level, blood pressure, temperature and pulse were taken. He listened to her concerns and thoroughly examined her - listened to her heart and made sure she was ok. He took a chest x-ray (in case of lung issues) and an ECG. He put us at ease and shared all tests he was doing. It wound up being a gas related issue in her stomach (seen on x-ray) and she is fine. Will definitely go back.

Dr. Pivovarov is so very nice & so is his office staff. I went in as an urgent care patient & decided to also establish him as my new PCP. I waited for about 15-min. if that and was in & out in just a few minutes. He was very kind, caring & has a wonderful bedside manner! I’ve been trying to find a good PCP that I can actually depend on since 2016 when my doctor changed her practice & was also inconsistent. I’m a TRICARE patient wh/ means I will pay more as they are Out-of-Network, however for me it is worth paying the extra costs if that means I get quality care. I took my son in for a sick visit today & he was seen by Dawn. She was very knowledgeable & took such good care of him. The office was extremely clean and nice. The staff were nice. I will definitely be going back to see Dawn!

I had a great experience at Custom Family Care. I made them my PCP. The doctor and the nursing staff were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to find a new PCP or needing to go to an Urgent Care Clinic.

I had an A+ experience under the care of NP Dawn and NP Myla. They were attentive and personable. They took the time to make sure I was receiving proper care. Dawn even called the next day to check on me and I would definitely recommend this location.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pivovarov for a little over a year. I never have a problem with my prescriptions or seeing him when I need to be seen. The staff are always super nice and are ready to answer any questions I may have.
