I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Caton and her staff! Today, I truly felt seen and heard, not only as a patient, but as a person and a mother. I have never had a Doctor spend as much time with me as Dr.Caton did today truly listening to my concerns and questions. I will never see another family doctor as long as Dr.Caton is practicing. Absolutely outstanding first impression and I will recommend her every time I get the chance! Thank you so much Dr.Caton and staff!

I can't say enough good things about Dr Caton and her office. She is a wonderful Doctor, very nice, sociable and professional. She is invested in her patients lives and health, and is what people think of when they think of the traditional family doctor.

Her office staff are also amazing, polite and professional as well as personable. You don't feel rushed during your visits, buy staff or Dr Caton. They will take the time needed to address any concerns. That can be unusual when so much of the medical industry seems to be in a constant rush. Or at least that has been my experience. I can't recommend them enough.

I was a patient with Dr. Caton before she started her own practice. I unfortunately only got to meet with her once before she decided to embark on her own journey with her own practice. Once I found out she had her own I was so excited to come! After my appointment last week It reiterated just how much I love her and needed her to be my PCP.
She really takes her time to get to know you and listens to your concerns without judgement. I also love getting to know her as a person as well and her background! I genuinely have never had a better family doctor. I never feel rushed when seeing her and I highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable and genuinely so sweet. Her and her staff are WONDERFUL!!

Dr. Caton is by far, one of the best Family Practice Providers, here in the Madison County area. You can tell, she really cares about her patients. Dr. Caton is thorough, very knowledgeable, and makes you feel like you matter. I highly recommend her as a Primary Care/Family Medicine Provider, for those seeking a qualified Family Physician.

Dr. Caton is a wonderful doctor. She makes sure to listen to you, remember what you say, she never dismisses you or act like your symtomps don't matter. You are not only a patient, she makes you feel important and referrs you when needed. Her staff always answers questions and are very welcoming.

I have now seen Dr. Caton three times, and definitely recommend her as a primary physician. She takes the time to listen and discuss without rushing through things. She will also provide needed referrals without making you jump through months of hoops, and the support staff in her Madison Blvd office is also super nice.

I saw Dr Caton for the first time last week, and I'm so impressed with her! I have NEVER had a doctor spend so much time just talking to me about my history and my current health concerns. She treats you like a person, not just the 3:00 appt. Also, her office staff was still observing strict Covid protocols, which was a refreshing change from the large clinic I used to attend where half the staff never wore masks.

She is a wonderful doctor. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She does not rush and spend time with her patients listening to their concerns. Her bedside manners are excellent. She is very caring and treat her patients with empathy and provide valuable guidance. It’s hard to find doctors like her.

Absolutely amazing I was recommended to her and she has helped me in so many ways I had a medical issue and couldn’t figure it out and she hit the nail on the head from the first visit!! She is amazing!!

On TRICARE it says that they are taking new patients. I have stroke like symptoms. She tells me they are not taking any and her smart remark was you should’ve had a PCM prior to this happening … I advise you need to get a new clerk to run your office

Waited 3 months for my first appointment then when I was finally close they constantly changed tried to move it for times that didn’t work for me. Not a single apology. Now I have to find someone else. Thanks for wasting my time!
