Great place for my storage needs in the pharmaceutical industry. Always safe and secure. Fantastic facility for quick and hassle free access during all times of the year. Mark the site manager is most helpful to his renters goes above and beyond with communication at all times for his customers!

5 Stars all around the board. I’d your in Clifton Park, Ushers, Round Lake area Mark is your guy. He will quickly get you into a unit as accessible as possible. If you need help moving he will point you in the right direction. Keeps the facility spotless and makes the whole process like breathing air. Thanks for everything again!

If you need a storage space, come to the Exit 10-Usher Road facilty.
Clean and spacious. Mark is a very good office worker, looks out for people, and friendly. He is there to help. I do not have anything bad to say about this place. It's all good.👍🏽

Very pleasant dealing with Mark. I spoke with him several times on the phone, and he was very professional, and willing to answer my questions and help me. He put me on a waitlist for a particular size unit, and when that unit came open called me like he said he would.

We were assisted by Jenn who was excellent! She was taking care of another customer when walked in and she never forgot that we were waiting. She assured us she will be right with us. She knows her stuff! Great Customer Service! Very Happy

The telephone rep I spoke with was professional & helpful. I decided to drive over to check the unit out, and the in-house person was the same. The place was tidy and the service was quick. Convenient and safe.

The staff at Extra Space Storage have always been incredibly helpful and pleasant to speak with. The gentleman on duty today was very nice to help me out with putting new locks on my unit. He did it in a timely fashion and I really appreciated that.

We've had nothing but an awesome experience here. The manager, Mark, recognized us from just our phone call a few days prior to us showing up, he's always so kind and helpful, and does a great job making us feel welcome. The facility is clean, well kept, has lots of pest prevention (important because you never know what your neighbors keep) and seems very well cared for. They were extremely accommodating with a UPack trailer drop off and even have dollies available that fit the truck ramp! Their elevator fit everything we threw at it, including our wood smoker! We were moving things in at the same time as two other little groups and everyone was so nice to work around and still kept to themselves. I really appreciate the facility's level of service and care.

I had a small second floor unit for almost three years. The building is well maintained, clean, and temperature-controlled. I was never concerned about the security of the building or my unit. The location just off Exit 10 of I-87 is very convenient.
