The staff is very understanding, friendly, helpful and professional. The service is great and done just as fast as possible. They want to get you in and out. I will be using them again and again.

I have done business with Hines Tire since I was sixteen years old, but my last visit was horrible and left without getting the tires I needed for our pressure washing truck. I was told to go to Tires & More in Russellville and I did. The service I received was impeccable...like I used to get at Hines. Unfortunately, one of the tires developed a leak on my way home and I returned. They replaced the tire and I was on my way. Superb tire company. I will return!

These guys are the best! They always go the extra mile to make sure that your Journeys will be safe. They are honest, knowledgeable, and always charge a fair amount for a working guy like myself. Highly recommend!

Every time I go up there the lady is always super nice. I get fast friendly service no matter what they have going on or how busy they are. I know most of them by first name they make it feel like you're dealing with family instead of a business. Affordable prices and fast service fast and fair.

The guys here don't do a hard sell and they actually seem to care about the customer. I generally get used tires because I really can't afford new ones and $35 for a good used tire is pretty good with the service that comes with it. If they look to find you the right tire for your car and that tire turns out not to be a good one (basically good as a spare only), they'll actually talk you out of it and let them fix your existing tire saving you even more money.

They are quick, efficient and hungry... literally hungry as the employees work while they're eating because they don't seem to have a real lunch break. While that sounds bad, have you ever been to a business that basically shuts down when the employees are at lunch or on a break? I have and many times. Take Walmarts Pharmacy as you have an emergency and little time to get your med's. But when you get there, they're closed for lunch and you don't have the time to wait for them to open or to come back later. Things like that are a hassle and I'd rather the employees eat at the pharmacy and still be working than for the entire thing to be closed for an hour or so.

While I feel for the workers, for the customer this is great as I've never had a long wait time even when the place was full up with customers.

There is never a hassle if you have an issue with a used tire. These guys work hard to ensure you have great tires for a great price. The owners seem to be sweet and helpful. Best place in town for tires, quality, experience, and price!

Got 4 tires for our SUV for $625! That’s cheaper than anywhere else we were able to find plus it comes with a 70K mile warranty. Dropped my Durango off, went to lunch with my husband, and my Durango was waiting on me when we got back an hour later!
