Decent delivery,Was in and out within an hour . Remember drivers, this business has customers that they help at the same time. This may slow down your unload time. Every one was friendly, parking on the street at your own risk. Able to drive without tripping your clock to get unloaded

We have had a terrible experience trying to order a couple of windows from Builders FirstSource. The individual who has handled our order very rarely returns our phone calls. To make matters worse, when we confirmed an order in September with her and provided her with our payment details she failed to place the order. We only found this out three months later when we were finally able to reach her after several ignored inquires regarding the status of our order. Incompetence and total apathy are the kindest words I can find to describe our order experience with Builders FirstSource. Buyer beware!

This place is a clock killer I got there a 11am & don’t leave until 3 pm I’ll never deliver here again way to slow
