EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
Visited the Willis location of Crust Pizza for the first time, as per my wife's recommendation, and it was truly fantastic. We enjoyed generous portions but couldn't finish our meals, so we happily took some home for later. The veggie pizza boasted fresh toppings, the Greek salad was abundant with all the expected ingredients plus extra Parmesan cheese, and my blackened chicken pasta was simply exquisite – so much so that I had to bring some home as well.

A special acknowledgment to the manager, Milly, and Jorge. Both exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Their efforts truly stood out, making our experience memorable. Kudos! I highly recommend this restaurant.

I order lunch here regularly and then pick it up at the drive up window. Service always on point, and the food is fresh and perfectly prepared. Their website is super easy to use and I have never had any issues.

WORTH THE DRIVE! I was a bit cautious but.. This place is legit! Good salad, very cheesy Mac & Cheese, great pizza with a soft crust that is not soggy or wimpy, great bread sticks with herbs and a savory tomato sauce. Furthermore I tried another Pizza Crust Co in Houston and they were NOT so Legit!

I have a teenager who is currently obsessed so we frequent this location weekly. We’ve tried an array of their pizzas - Wyatt’s BBQ is a fave, followed closely by Madeline’s Alfredo and the Buffalo Chicken. Kids always enjoy the pepperoni or cheese offering on the kids menu as well. We’ve had cauliflower crust and regular crust. Both are tasty! Service and flavor are consistent and the facilities are always clean. As a family of 5 with 3 growing boys, we especially love the Tuesday deals!

Never had any hairs or weird stuff in my food like I have experienced with other pizza places. Thank you for that! lol. Clean environment and quick, excellent service. Friendly workers. They even drew a smiley face for me on the box (:

I have to say how much I ❤ CRUST. They are simply the best, IMO. We came in right before close one night and left with takeout... got home and realized they forgot our salads. I called and left a message fully expecting a call back the next day with a half apology and maybe a free salad the next visit because they were closed for the night.

NOPE! What I received was a call back within minutes after my message was left received and a plan to have our whole meal remade the next evening for us on the house! WOW. Just above and beyond. Customer service like I used to be expected to give running a restaurant 10 or 15 years ago, not today.

Needless to say, CRUST already was a great place to eat, but they will be our go-to anytime we want 🍕!

Outstanding food and service! We got a 6 meat calzone with alfredo and smoked mozzarella and it was perfect! Also a pizza with three meats and some cheeses. The crust on both was so good! Toppings are plentiful and great! The service was amazing as well. We'll be back!

While nothing compares to a NY pizza (I'm a New Yorker ‍), crust does make great pizza. My favorites are buffalo and Wyatt. The customer service is good. I've always received a welcoming attitude from who has taken my order. I never feel rushed even when I'm indecisive. The dining area is always clean and well maintained. We usually choose to stay and eat our pizza.

Great deals and always very quick with making orders and very nice and clean store. Love coming here for lunch! Good job to the employees in Willis location! Definitely going to be a regular customer for now on!

I finally found a pizza place that I love! The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly and very accommodating and the pizza is delicious!

Their menu has enough variety that even non pizza folks will find something good to eat!

I am not big on writing reviews, but this place deserves two thumbs up !

They helped keep the little ones busy with dough balls for squishing and fun coloring pages. Great food. The server was kind and quickly fixed an error with our order. Will be back!

The Buffalo Chicken pizza (cauliflower crust) Baked Italian sandwich, and Monster Cookie with ice cream are my favorites with a Coke Zero! Friendly staff, beautiful decor, and outdoor patio seating with a wonderful vibe. And, they deliver within 5 miles… Yeah Me! Highly recommended!

We used crust for our laid back wedding and they were perfect! The manager was so easy to work with and helped us out so much and the delivery of 45 pizzas was seamless. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing staff. Put in an order for pick up. But accidentally for 2 hours later than I meant to. Staff was amazing and helpful in God. Our food going immediately and had us out in less than twenty minutes. The food was delicious.

So we made an order for pickup and we realized when we got home that we were given the wrong pizza. When we rang they were so apologetic and gave us a full refund then we came by to get the correct order they gave us an additional pizza at no charge and wrote a sweet note inside the pizza box. I think Zara was the girls game and the way they handled the mistake was really impressive.

Delicious fresh food, clean environment, friendly and inviting staff! Warm atmosphere and family friendly environment. Kind management that took the time to chat with us and check in on our experience. Will definitely return again.

Crust Pizza gives the good vibes. The pizzas are fresh and delicious. Also the garlic cheese bread with the MARINARA?! Absolute must for appetizer. I enjoy their month special pizzas, because they are different and quite tasty.

I’m glad I went. When people say the crust on the pizza was to be remembered forever, they weren’t kidding. I loved how soft the crust was while also having basil sprinkled on top to heighten the taste. Everything looked clean, even the bathroom which is not the case in many restaurants. It was also easy to locate the drinks, napkins, and utensils. Warming up food at home was also easy; just two minutes for the basil tomato soup and one minute for the seven inch pizza.

If I could provide one point of criticism, it’s that it took too long for someone to show up to take my order. I know Monday was a slow day, but on days where there are lots of customers, you can lose business over having to wait a long time for a cashier to get your order in. Aside from that minor issue, the service was great and food came out in a timely manner.
