Listen, I stop almost every morning for my coffee and occasional breakfast sandwich. Sam always at the window with a smile ready to take payment and so does the Hispanic lady at the window. And yes, they actually listen to your order and get it correctly unless Conroe loop location.

New location for me as it's along a new delivery route. First time I've stopped, but I was McDonald's more than regularly! There's only one that I try not to stop at. This location isn't it and maintains the consistency of the rest!

Thos McDonald's location has always been prompt with service, polite, and the food has always been fresh when I received it.

I loved how they took the time to look for certain toy's for us and they also took time to decorate the restaurant for Christmas and I have never had a bad interaction with the staff🐾🐾 The restaurant has always been very clean and have a couple of very cool tables for the little ones to play on🐾🐾

All I have to say is if more people had the same attitude and lookout on life that Sam does, this world would be a much better place. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting a McDonald's drive-through and was thoroughly impressed by my experience at the sliding window. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient, with friendly and helpful staff making the experience all the more enjoyable. Once I had made my order, I was directed to the sliding window, where I was promptly greeted by a friendly staff member whose name was lesly who provided me with my order. The staff member was attentive and courteous, ensuring that my order was correct and that I was happy with my meal. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald's drive-through at the sliding window. The staff were kind, efficient, and helpful, and the food was delicious and satisfying. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal on-the-go. Thank you Mcdonalds staff!

The people were very friendly here. The server that brought our food was very nice. The atmosphere is great, plenty of places to sit. Fun atmosphere for kids and anyone enjoying a meal.

They were fast on getting our order out.

There were only 2 cars ahead of me, but it took forever to even be able to place my order. The gal taking my order was extremely unprofessional. When I finally got to the window, the young man repeated my order to me, including my dt coke, handed me my bag & told me to have a nice evening. I asked about my dt coke & had to repeat that 2 times. He went to make my drink but had to wait on the gal who took my order while she rearranged cups. There was NO rush to get the drink made & after all that, I GOT A COKE instead of a Dt. COKE!!! There needs to be quality training given to them both!

I ask for 2 fresh coffee's with 2 creams. Waited about 15 minutes to get in the rd to discover no cream and it was water looking no taste of coffee. I know my coffee and they added water to it and probably heated in the microve. That girl need's to be fired wonder how many people she intentionally gets it wrong to upset them. Shame on u McDonalds for hiring ones as her.

If you get there early then it's very fresh egg McMuffin . If it's closer to 10 then it's like cardboard .manager is very people friendly .occasional mix ups as expected with drive thru options but overall great staff .
