Whataburger

1st time to eat at this location. Eva took our order and brought it to use. She is very friendly and helpful. Her kindness made our travel easier.
Tried the chilli Cheeseburger and it was delicious.
This location is well kept and maintained. If back in the area we will definitely return.

Food taste is good. But I have to scrape the fried layer off the egg overtime. UGH! I wasn't given any creamers for my coffee. I wasnt given a "Jalapeño" cheddar bisquit like I had asked for. It was drive thru and we were a mile away by the time I noticed, wasn't going to turn around.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and bathroom are always clean and well stocked with hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
Employees are always friendly and helpful

The manager- Jessica does a fantastic job. It's always clean - and we always have a great experience!!!

Nothing beats hot and fresh French fries with whataburger ketchup. This location always makes my order right. Easy on and easy off of the highway. Tough to pass up.

I don't have a Whataburger locally, but this is one of the best fast food burgers I've had. The store itself was clean and service was quick.

Always my favorite whataburger! The food here is the best, the sodas are better than anywhere in willis, and tonight the food runner outside in the drive thru was top notch! Love the personality and work ethic he had. Thanks Willis Whataburger!!!

Everything was good but need some music playing or something it was quiet in there. Food good staff was on top of everything they needed.

Good food, burger was warm not hot looked like they had a large order going when we arrived but overall good

Curbside pick up order. Everything was correct and the employee that brought my food out provided truly exceptional customer service.

They were very efficient and the food was good 👍.

Great food as always, service was subpar, but it's a fast food restaurant, it is what it is.

Every time I come here my order is correct and piping hot

My husband and I typically go to the Whataburger in Willis. We nrately order without making a change to what would typically come on the meal. For example if we get a hamburger we ask to have it with lettuce, grilled onions and mustard. They always get the order right.

The staff are polite and friendly. Management hires very capable people who I assume have some learning challenges. That tells you something about management. Thank you.

Update: I've seen a real change in the crew and management as of lately. They get the orders right every time now. The line moved quicker and the food is better.

Worst turn over rate I've ever seen. The teenagers at the pick up window are more focused on dancing and grinding on each other than getting my order right. So disgusting how the managers treat you when you confront them with your order being completely wrong.

Went with a group of students for post performance celebration.

Friendly fast service! They were busy when we arrived. We had a church van of 15 people they served us fast hot food with a smile❤❤
