Papa Johns Pizza

Today I ordered another pizza from this Willis location. Royce made it for me along with the new 'trainee'. The interaction with both Royce and the other gentleman was very pleasant! I'm older and do not expect to be too interesting to the younger folks, but these guys made me feel cool!!! The pizza was delicious and well deserving of a five-star review.

I ordered a stuffed crust for my birthday, and they sent me a cookie pizza with happy birthday on the box!!!! Their pizza is delicious, and this location is great with customer service!!!

Megan the GM over this store has really turned it around. The quality of food and service really shows when you have someone that cares. My pizza showed up on time. Hot. And Well done like I wanted. I wish I would have taken pictures. But the family and I devoured it. I’ll definitely be ordering again from you guys!

Came around 9:55ish for my takeout order and I accidentally put BBQ on my pizza! The young lady with glasses was super sweet and quickly found a solution. 10 out of 10 experience, she deserves all the love! I’m upset I never asked for her name

My son is a pizza lover, I go once a week if not more. Megan and her team are awesome, at this point they know me by name!!!! Every single time my kid tells me “tell my pizza lady I love her” 💕 it is just a big homey environment, and I will NEVER go anywhere else, well unless Megan goes to ;)

Manager delivery driver do a great job excellent customer service

I stopped in with out making an order and was greeted with kindness and helpfulness. I have worked in customer service for about 15 years. Elena was helpful with mutliple orders and even tried to bring it out to me as I waited in my car. She has fantastic customer service and deserves 5 stars PLUS the pizza was terrific! Props to you ma'am for being excellent

The quality of the food seems to be as good as any other Papa John's which is nice so there was not surprises. My only complaint would be that I'm not sure they gave me Canadian bacon as I had ordered. If they did, it's all cut up instead of slices. The employees were very nice & the place appeared to be kept clean as well.

The papa John's in Willis Texas close to I 45 is the best 👍👍!! Every time that I have visited this location I have never had a problem. My pizza is always on time, fresh and appealing and the customer service is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. That is why I keep going back. If you are traveling and coming through Willis Texas and get hungry for pizza you have to check them out. You will not be disappointed.

This is an excellent location that I often order from for delivery. The order is always correct, fresh, delicious, nice & hot, & always delivered on time or sooner. Plus, the drivers are all very nice & courteous, esp. the pretty female with glasses! 😉✌ Thank you & please keep up the great work! 😃👍👍

The best part about it was the customer service. very nice and sweet cashier, I believe her name was Mrs. Patricia.

I love the little lady that runs the register, she's so quiet and nice. The pizza is always hot and greasy, just the way we like it!

If I could give more stars I would. Pizza is hot and fresh, delivery drivers are always so nice, and best of all my husband has not gotten glutened!! AND the gluten free crust is wonderful. Not gummy like the majority we have tried.

I know their website mentions multiple times "if you have celiac, cross contamination might occur" but this is the first pizza place he hasn't been glutened. He does have celiac. He was diagnosed less than a year ago so giving up all his favorite foods has been incredibly difficult.

I know it will always be a risk when ordering out but I am so thankful to this location for being so cautious not to cross contaminate. (Thus far.)

Tonight, my husband and I ordered from papa johns for the first time ever. Compared to the local pizza hut & little cesear's, these guys blew it out of the water! They got our order correct, down to the number of red pepper packets, extra jalepeno on the side, etc. The wings were great also!

I do wish they had mozerella sticks, side salads or a better variety of sauces for the wings like their spicy garlic sauce. Our delivery driver was super friendly as well and did contactless delivery! Wish I could have gotten his name. He deserves a raise!

Such a great first experience. Definetly ordering here from now on, instead of pizza hut.

Had a small glitch, solved In the best manner possible

I always have a wonderful experience everytime I go to Papa John's. The service is always wonderful and the food is really delicious. I'm obsessed with the Oreo bites!

I'm new to the Conroe/Willis area and wasn't sure which pizza chains provided delivery to our private road. After discovering I live in a delivery dead zone, Amanda was extremely helpful, polite, and provided me with excellent customer service for my carry out order. This location will be my new pizza place.

Let me start by saying that I have never been a big fan of Papa John's, nothing against them but not my first, second or fifth choice. However, when all the other pizza joints that deliver refuse to go out in the rain (the 4th day after hurricane Harvey came aground and reeked havoc with S/E Texas) Papa John's came through.
The lady who took our order was nice and professional, the pie was delivered hot BEFORE the stated delivery time by 10 minutes at least. The pie was made and cooked properly and was comperable to any other Papa John's.
As stated, not a fan but cudos to you for not letting a little rain keep you from your customers ( no I'm not belittling the suffering that the good people of Houston and other areas south of us endured but Willis had very little flooding and was mostly fine by Tuesday evening when this occurred)

Manager Chris and driver Shelby are amazing!! My address was incorrect and they worked with me to fix it. Chris was very polite and professional! Shelby went out of her way and was soooo nice! Wish I could give 10 stars!!

Best delivery driver ever, Scott. Order was correct, didn't forget my sides which domino's driver often did. Had a pleasant conversation about ghost peppers. Great experience. Will be ordering again.

I always get great pizza from PapaJohns. Sometimes we have wierd orders and they always get them right. My kids and I love their pizza!
