Brine on the Bay BBQ

After 10 years of visiting PCB we stumbled upon this locally owed restaurant which is the most hidden gem in PCB area. The brisket, pulled pork, Texas twinkies & Mac & Cheese are to die for. We loved it so much we went back a second time. The owners are friendly & the environment is small yet perfect.
The area is walkable with multiple local bars in the area. All adding a unique character. The restaurant faces the bay So if you want to sit on the front porch and eat your food, you’re facing the water! We walked in as strangers & left feeling like friends! 10/10 recommend! The food is worth worth the drive! This is a must eat at location!!!

My husband and I tried Brine on the Bay for lunch the other day. He got the brisket. I got the pulled pork sandwich which was on lunch special for sandwich, a side, and drink for $10…hard to beat these days! We both had baked beans and Mac and cheese. It was excellent! The best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had! Probably the best pulled pork too. The restaurant is a small, cute place with funky cool decor and an awesome view. I highly recommend!

First time trying and was not let down had the brisket with baked beans and potato salad it was all very tasty service was on on point will be returning all really enjoyed the view

Wow! What a great find, I wasn’t expecting the pulled pork to be made to perfection. This place exceeded my expectations. I never review but I decided this needed a review. I highly recommend the home cooked Mac and cheese and the baked beans. Service was great food was nice and hot atmosphere was awesome all in all I was pleased! Thank you to the crew that was on service Sunday, handsome young men serving great food!

I had the best experience here! As a Tennessee transplant, I was worried it would be hard to find good BBQ here. Rest assured, Brine on the Bay is Memphian approved!!! Customer service, atmosphere, and FOOD were 10/10!!! Everything tastes homemade and fresh. Deviled eggs 15/10. Potato Salad 10000/10. You have to try the Texas Twinkies!! The star of the show was the banana pudding - vanilla wafer and a banana slice in every bite. I will be a regular customer after this experience!

The best pulled pork. Doesn't need sauce, but if you like sauce... go ahead, it is good too! They had just put the ribs and brisket on the smoker, so I will need to make another trip, darn it. Small place, very little seating but worth the stop.

My experience at the brine BBQ is unmatched. They have a young gentleman there by the name of Rico who is the most courteous individual I've ever met. He makes your whole experience that much more. The food is very good I will eat there more often than not kudos to the owners they have a great staff

The food is amazing. I got the lunch special with pulled pork, fries and a drink for $10.00. Stephanie and the staff were friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone. There is a perfect view of the Bay. Please come and eat.

We were at the Dive Bar next door and wandered over to this place for a bite. I ordered the brisket. Best brisket I have ever had. Delicious. Not much room inside (small place), but tons outside!

Wow! Finally a BBQ spot I can enjoy without worrying about the bbq sauce not being right or the meat not being right! This place has hit it right on the head! Talk about tender flavorful brisket! I’m not the biggest fan of brisket but I do not regret trying it out here! Chefs kiss. I’m a sucker for good sides and baby the Mac and Cheese and baked beans had me at hello! I ordered an extra side before I headed out. Ribs were my favorite! When you can enjoy a rib without the sauce you know it’s done with love! I love a good meal and anytime I’m looking for a hearty meal made with love I make my way to Brine on the Bay. The atmosphere is perfect there is a great view to check out the water, or dock your boat and come grab a bite!!! I had the pleasure of meeting the owners on one of my visits and they were extremely pleasant! I definitely enjoyed my stop and recommend to anyone looking for a good bbq joint in PC. I live on the beach (PCB) and travel to get my bbq from here so that says a lot. Thank you for bringing flavor to the bay baby!!!!

Food was great, they have one of the best briskets out on the beach with some great home cooked Mac and cheese. Sever went above and beyond to satisfy my family it was greatly appreciated. Will be back next visit to Panama City!

Wow! I've driven by many times and should have stopped sooner! Tender pulled pork, peppery Mac n cheese, perfect collards and moist sweet cornbread. David was so friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back to support this awesome local business.

Another St Andrew's Gem. This place is abundant in flavor. Everything was made with amazing flavors. Such an awesome BBQ place. Blown away with how good everything was. Best BBQ in Bay county for sure.

Just ate here for the first time and the pulled pork was amazing! Our sides we had were potato salad and mac n cheese, all food was 10/10! Beautiful spot on the bay too!!

We ordered a rib plate with Mac & cheese and baked beans came with corn bread and we ordered a pulled pork plate with baked beans and potato salad cornbread. The bbq was the best we have had in a long time the meat on the ribs fell off the bones juicy and tender the sides all home-made and made with love. We couldn't get enough ...large portion sizes and wonderful freindly people.

The pulled pork was fantastic. Not dry and full of flavor. It was the sides that did it for me though. The potato salad and baked beans were almost exactly what my mama made when I was growing up. It literally transported me back to my childhood. I’m just in the area for a couple of days for work, but I’ll be coming back here anytime I’m in the area. To the owner, thank you for your cooking ❤

Cute little place with very good food. My husband said it was the best bbq he’s ever had, and it was one of my top BBQ I’ve had for sure. We all enjoyed it, so glad we stopped by! You also get a nice view of the marina!

2 years ago I wrote this review "I got pulled pork sandwiches with potato salad, coleslaw and AMAZING baked beans. My coworker went to grab lunch for the office and he came back with this - Never heard of it and I got a bite of it all so I was not being rude. I was AMAZED! Awesome food - I went back for an entire plate pretty quick! I went there that night to show my family how good it was - they loved it 2! I would go everyday if I wouldn't gain ALL the weight! It is a must try!"
I still stand by this today only now they are in an amazing location right on the water! The décor is absolutely stunning (thanks to the owners daughter I am told). The food is as good if not better than the last time. I got to meet the Chief and not only was he the definition of a gentleman but he is absolutely adorable as well. 🤩 If you are down by the St Andrews marina - Do not miss the opportunity for some great food, great people, great ambiance and the BIGGEST SMILE!!! 😁😁😁
